could anybody answer this one ,,, engine starts and it runs for about 20 - 30 seconds and than dies slowly ,,, I got new spark plugs ,cables ,air filter ,,,, if i hold engine on 3000 RPM its working fine and than dies, any suggestions !!!!

try rust in the fuel tank, you start the engine and the pump sucks the rust flakes to the pick up and the engine slowly starves and dies. the rust then floats away until next time you start up and off you go again.
