Help! Engine acceleration.

280zx-10, engine stutters when accelerator is pushed down and feels as if it is running out of fuel. Runs at low speed ok. Will not go above 30MPH. Have; replaced ignition coil, (old unit out of specification); pick-up coil voltage, resistance ok. Fuel filter replaced.
