Does anybody have a good picture of the area around the fuse box of a 280Z? I got a new fuse box cover, but there are loads of loose wires & relays in the area, and I don't know if I should let them hang or should I tie them up neatly to hide? thx

I'm trying to clean up the way my A/C lines are ran inside the passenger cabin. I'm talking about the lines that go from the firewall to the evaporator under the passenger side of the dash. On my car they ran under the evaporator. This looks kind of messy and takes away from the floor area. Is everyone's the same or are your lines in a different location?

I have been looking on the CD and can find the P/N for the early shift boot, but I can't seem to find the P/N for the 72-78. I am looking for the rubber boot that covers the tunnel, screws into the tunnel and lets the shifter extend through the middle of it. Anybody happen to know that P/N?? TIA, Marty

First of all, what is the exact size of the holes in the body for placing plastic rivets to hold on the interior panels? Second, what is a good replacement you use instead of the original plastic pop rivets which are way to expensive. There is an old post about this but maybe there is new info to share. thanks.

Hey all, I am trying to replace the radio faceplate on my 72z. I have looked at MSA and Victoria British but they don't carry it. Anyone out there have any ideas?

First off, I'd like to say I'm new to these forums, but I'm an avid member at http://forums.amd.com/index.php?act=idx <- Forums for AMD Computers and whatnot but anyway, I could have a choice of two 240z's One is my father's friend's son's so hes basically a friend of mine too but he lives in Austin Texas Whereas I live in Houston (about a 2-3 hour drive) so I can't go see the car right away. But what I do know is that its the 4 speed manual red 240z that apparently needs ALOT of work. I'm only 16 so I'm still in school and I dont know if I should spend alot of my time fixing a car (If it can drive me back and forth to and from school I'd be happy and fix it later). I …

My hither-to-for pristine dash has developed a tiny crack on the very front edge in the center, Does anyone know of a product or a method that will repair it and prevent it from growing any larger? Thanks in advance, H Houghton

Does anyone have pictures showing the difference between the 70-72 steering column covers and the '73 steering column cover? I am just curious as to how they compare. Thanks!

I've never seen one of these on Ebay or in any catalog. Does anyone have, or know where I would get one of these leather-like harness covers for the passenger side as pictured? Thanks...

Last summer my blower switch started working funny. Some of the settings stopped working, and would only work if you moved the switch back & forth some. Then it didn't turn on the fan at all. Are there contacts in the switch that can be checked? I could probably trace the power through, but I'm wondering if I should look into getting a new fan switch. thx
