   I'm in the middle of remounting the choke on my 240. Can anyone tell me if the coin tray has a metal "inside" or does the door slide open so that you put your coins directly into the depression in the centre console. Cheers!

   Hey, im in the process of replaceing my center consol stuff. And my original snap on boot cover is all torn. I got a new one that has some EL in it. looks great...but i cant seem to figure out how to connect it. Someone said something about "clips". Is that all i need?

   Where is a good place to looks for replacement seats for a 73 240z. The driver's seat seems to be full of mold or the stuffing is simply coming out in a very fine tan powder. Only the driver seat is a problem. About how much would it be to get it redone compare to buying two newer, more comfortable seats. Zover

   on my '73 240, Neither of my lock buttons will push down when the door is shut (or open for that matter) but I can get the driver's side door to lock with the key. I can also get the passenger's side lock to do the same, but if you pull up on the door handle after it is locked, the button pops up and the door unlocks. Anybody ever encounter this? The passenger's side door latch mechanism is also screwy...I guess it doesn't "reset" itself or whatever when you open it, because you have to manually flip the latch back or else the door will not latch when it is closed...I'm guessing the two may be related, but maybe not. Any thoughts?

   After 32 years I again have a 240Z. Many things forgotten over the years. The latest challenge is how to remove the lens on the dome light. Should be a simple thing, but it's proving to be a chore and I don't want to take the Bubba approach and break the lens. What's the trick to remove it. Please, no jokes about how many Z owners does it take to change a bulb. Thanks. millis

    How should i go about restoring the wheel on my 1972 240z. I am in the proccess of re doing the whole interior stock, and this wheel is the only thing holding back. Should i strip it and varnish it? Brian

    Ok, I've tried grabbing some off of ebay a couple of times, I keep getting beat. The price keeps going over 100.00, which I know I can buy a replacement set for that price from datsunzparts.com. I guess my question is: Is there any other sources out there? What if I want a lap belt that retracts, is there some out of a different year that will work? Currently I have no seat belts in my car, the set that came with it were worn too much for use. thanks Jason

    how can i stop my dash from cracking? 1 2 3

    i first noticed a tiny crack emerging from the right end of my dash about a year ago. i was histarical! but then i thought it was just a little tiny crack and maybe it had been there for a real long time and i never noticed it. but gradually the size has increased and 2 more tiny little cracks have started to show up. is there any way i could seal it or preserve it before it really starts to get bad?
