   Just got a new one today...there is a nice whited-out 240 on the front with these funky Pana/Mini-looking wheels. Inside the front cover they are selling 'Racer-style 8-spoke alloy wheels'. 15X6 is the only size and $219 each or 750 a set. Who makes these things? You would think they could at least get 'Z' center caps! Also, when you check the credits, it says "Front cover photo 'altered from original photo'", so they added the wheels! I haven't shopped for Pana's for a while so don't know how they compare in price. steve

   Universal Brake Cables

   Hi, It looks like I need a new emergency brake cable for my early 260Z, and the OE Nissan ones are a little pricey at C$170. The only other ones I've found are "universal" cables made by ABSCO (www.absco.ca) at C$45. They're much more affordable to buy, but I'm wondering what is involved in installing something like this - difficulty, special tools needed, etc. Does anyone have any advice/suggestions?    Does anyone know of a good source for new/slightly used steel wheels. I have a set of original black "five spoke" style hub caps for my 74 260z I'd like to use, but I don't have the steel wheels. I'd like to go for a completely stock apperance with 175HR14's but I might have to go with the 195/70HR14's. I don't need the original Datsun wheels just equivilants, though originals would be nice.    I have a 260Z that has been lowered about 1.5 to 2 in. I would like to have 17 in wheels put on my car but am not sure what, if anything else needs to be done to the car to make it not rub.

    My Rear Brakes stick because of my master cylinder, I think. I drove around the neighborhood (testing) and after hitting the brakes several times my rears eventually lock up! If I relieve the pressure at the rear master cylinder valve it frees the brakes up. So I bought a rebuilt master cylinder but no matter how I bled it it would not give me any pressure, plus I had to swap the lines around for the front and rears. I took the rebuilt back and put my original back and am thinking of getting a brand new master cyl. Has anyone had this problem? I saw a couple other posts on rear brake drums that are locked up,,this could be your problem. Thanks for any help

    looking for lug nuts for konig wheels

    hello, bought a set of Konig 14X7 from Gabe, great deal, great price, great guy. any one know where to get the correct lug nuts, for em, on a 240z ? the stock chrome 280z lug nuts, seem to have the correct ramp, but don't set deep enough into the wheel to use em. there is a shoulder on the wheel, where the lugs go on. tire shop says, no can't use the flat stock 280zx style lug nuts with the washer. says i need what are called conecal lug nuts. any one ??? thanks, wayne

    The girl at the body shop that is butchering up her primo 70 240Z to make it a convertible Ferrari clone is selling her slots with new tires for $100. The wheels have no curb-surf or cracking damage and just need a little polishing up. I would like to get them for my 72 240Z. Does $100.00 seem fair? Vicky

    Bolts for Toyota Conversion

    Hi All, I am collecting the parts to do the 4 piston caliper/vented rotor conversion in the next couple of weeks. Does anyone know the size of the bolts needed to bolt the rotors to the hub. These are the ones that need to go through the new spacer. TIA, Marty
