This '73 240 for sale in Reno, NV looks to be grossly under-priced. If this were on Ebay, the bidding would just begin at what they are asking! So for you members near Reno and Northern California, you may want to check this one out. I was scrounging parts off my parts car and decided to take the cowl panel and the wiper motor off before they get stolen. Thought I might clean up the wiper motor and assemblies to put on my recently painted stock restoration '72. Just a perfect October Texas day with nothing else to do, I took the wiper motor and hooked it up to my '73 driver to see If it was in working order. No such luck! Well, I had nothing else to do, so I grabbed some tools and went to work. I'm no genius, and not an electical wizz, but with a 7ml and 8ml hard wrenches, some dental floss, and some axle grease, I had that wiper motor working perfectly in an hour. This process is so simple, you h…

just want to post a pic of my current project car. this is only my second foray into the Z car world. a brief history is in order: the car belonged to my honey's dad. she also had a Z (her first car) that she ended up having to sell a couple years ago for reliability, and monetary, reasons. she was very, very sad to let her Z go but after working on it for her, it was for the best. the car was cancerous and had subframe damage, the $hi+ to worth ratio was way upside down. for her birthday last year, i got with her dad and got her this car which had been sitting for 12+ years (he had been keeping it for sentimental reasons, and to pass on to either of his kids who…

I couldn't help myself... This time it's in the form of an early ('74) 260Z coupe fitted with a L28 injected turbo running Wolf 3D ECU, 5 speed, R200, & Koni's. I will be upgrading to vented brakes up front & disc at the rear. I will also be fitting a FMIC. Nick.

I was not sure where this should be posted, so I posted it here. I have a stock '73 240Z, I was wondering what kind of gas mileage I can expect? I have not started to drive it yet. Still have to get the gas tank repaired.

I am going to replace all of the control cables(heater, choke, throttle) in my S30, and my SRL311. I am considering using goodies from this company. http://www.azusaeng.com/brk_thrttl/cablesconduit.html Anybody been there and done that-I am far more interested in smooth and trouble free operation than authentic look-though I do plan on using the original hardware other than the cables. Will

I have a question from a friend. He wanted to know where he could get a set of shocks for his 300ZX. It is a 1985 300 ZX turbo with ECVSA (Electronic controlled variable shock absorbers). Do they make these? Where can you buy these shocks? Can you have them rebuilt? Thanks for the help. I am trying to help this guy out.
