Hi I am from Western Australia. Over the years i have owned a few datsuns. Originally starting with a Datsun 1000 2 door. A15 Big cam Custom manifold electronic ignition and yes a holey 4 barrel. Upgraded brakes from an australian magna on the front. Upgaded suspension and tyres. Next was an RX7 and sold it after four weeks. Chrysler Valiant v8. Datsun 120y And a datsun 240k 2door. The 240k was one of my favourites. 2.8l modified cam twin su's from a triumph tc2500 or 2000 ie english carbies with no polution gear. Auto to manual conversion. Twin exhaust. Nismo seats. Larger brake upgrade. I still have the car but unfortunately a few years ago it was stolen and i got it…

I graduated from high school this year and on May 25 my dad gave me the project car we had been working on for the last few years. It is a 1976 280Z. It was originally an Arizona car and had only been in Canada for the last few years. To our supprise there was absolutley NO rust anywhere on this car! I still need bumpers and an alternator for it and i cant wait to get driving it. Here is my most recent pic of it In the near future i plan on doing some electrical work to it like the headlight harness and find bumpers.

I finally found the Z I have been looking for! 12/72 240Z. The car has very little rust in it came with some extra goodies and she will start and run. I was going to put my L28 in it, put not sure now. All the little interior pieces are their except for the heater control plate. and shifter knob. Has rust in battery tray area and the floors and their is one spot in the rocker panel that needs attention. Oh and she has no brakes! :paranoid: The PO pulled the fender off i for some reason. But he gave that to me along with another vented hood, a 5sp trans, a set of 300 horse heads for my brothers truck. On the way home I had to stop off at the store, when i came out …

I just raced a guy on a Yamaha crotch-rocket and lost. All I heard was "BEN! RACE THE PORSCHE!!" and I was instantly ruined. Damn highschool kids. Needless to say when I caught up to him at the next intersection I made it a point to yell "Tell your douchebag friends it's not a Porsche, it's a Nissan!" Maaan, I need to unslowify this car...

This is one of my first posts on this forum so I figured I'd start it off with pictures. Sorry for them all being of the right side, it's all I have on my computer at the moment. Trust me, the left side looks just as nice...All of these were shot in Steamboat Springs, Colorado where I have been living the past 2 years and where I also bought the car. How it got up there I have no idea, but I've since moved so don't worry about any winter driving! Specs 1972 240Z with 86,580 miles Triple Weber Side Drafts with K&N Filters 3 into 2 headers (Unknown) Targa Exhaust Camshaft and Lifters (Unknown, grrr) Tokico Springs (lowers car >1") Turn Six Rear Sway Bar …

Hi everyone - I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Michael Vuong and I will be 19 this Augest. I am now a proud owner of the classic Datsun 280zx non turbo. I will be picking this up in the next few days for 600$ with 117k orginal miles. There are some surface rust but nothing major, and a minor fender bender on the passenger side rear quarter panel. This is my first datsun ever. However I partially bought this because my father owned one and loved it. It is his favorite car and currently his health is decreasing dramatically because of a sickness called Lupus - it has spread to his liver and lungs... I bought this car for many reason but that is one of it. To give …

Heeey, im 19 and was originally a big computer nerd. After looking around for a long time trying to find a decent car, I saw a bronze Z sitting by a little house out in the country... ( has a good eye for vehicle recognization ) Finally I decided to just waltz up there and ask them if they wanted to sell it.. and to my luck, they said yes. I went there two days later with 700 dollars in my hand and left there driving a z.. best 700 dollars I have ever spent i'd say. I have always wanted an old Z, I remember seeing them in video games and in magazines and such and wanted one, I never thought i'd ever get one though. =] As for the specs on the car.. She has 100k miles, …

What is it with rollovers and these cars? It's kind of a funny thing, when ever I seem to go places and or if people comment about my car and tell about theirs way back when, there's always seems to be the "me and so and so were driving home one late night seeing going a little faster than we should and we ended up rolling it three times". Now I know this can happen with any car and I'm by no means implying that it happens more with these cars, but do you guys get that a lot from people telling you stories about how they rolled their Z one late night or is it just a big coincidence with me?

Well.. I am picking up my Z on the 6th because I had to leave it out in Texas... So I get to drive it back home 1200 miles without power steering and AC, I'm not looking forward for that, haha. I will say this though, atleast I get to do it in a Z, not some honda or something... :stupid: Unless I can get ahold of those two pulleys before I go down there. =P
