Hi all. I found this forum searching for info on a e12-80 ignition module. In this household there is 1 x 1971 240z, 1 x 1971 240k, 2 x 1984 Skylines, 1 x 300ce24 benz coupe and a 1962 Studebaker Hawk. I have just used an e12-80 module on a Mopar pickup in the Stude distributor. I discovered that the e12-80 has built in advance curve. If you reverse the input wires from the pickup coil it retards the ignition. other way round it advances ignition. Has anyone found this and are there any specs on it. Regards Allan

Year & Model: 1970 Series I Datsun 240Z Color: 903 Blue Exterior, Black Interior Production Date: 6/70 VIN: HLS30-005998 Purchase Date: 11/01/2009 I always admired the Z for its slick curves and classy look. I searched for almost a year, patiently, before I found this beauty listed on craigslist located in Burbank, CA. I am the third owner of the car, and it had always been in California (note the original blue CA license plate). The car was always garaged, and besides some minor dents the car was MINT and rust-free. Only mods on the car at the time of purchase were a 280z 5spd Transmission and MSD Electronic Ignition. After a few days, many phone calls and e…

Last week I got an e-mail from a good friend of mine on the West Coast. Seems he has been following a cool new car blog. He went through the whole thing and found out my car was a feature. He is doing a new feature on both my cars with a teaser on Wed and the official on Fri. http://bulgogibrothers.wordpress.com/2009/10/20/car-spotlight-brandon-millers-1972-datsun-510/#comment-374 Then just last week I found this!!! Too cool. And they picked a photo with 2 of my dad's 5 Z's http://blog.cardomain.com/2010/01/28/photo-of-the-day-4/ BTW... I have been getting a lot of lookers on my 510 lately and was hoping to make SOTW (showoff of the week) Maybe you guys could help by…

Been playing around on the site for about a month, but never formally introduced myself. Purchased my first and only Z in 1984. Was a bright yellow 1977 280Z. Have been looking for a mostly original 240Z, but nothing yet. I've found the site and members to be very helpful.
