New guy here, currently in Tallahassee, Fl. I don't currently have a Z Car however, in high school/college I had an early 260z while living in eastern NC. I grew up in that car but sadly had to sell it when I needed transportation and it needed repairs that I couldn't afford to do at the time. I would love to be able to go back and buy the same car again but the guy who bought it wrapped it around a tree. I am starting to spend some time here reminiscing and dreaming of the day that I WILL own another Z. Pat

Hello everyone, I am new to the sight. I am giving my Z a facelift. I am a lifelong fan/participant of drag racing and I bought my Z as a cheap way to go fast. After owning a particular kind of vehicle, you take more notice when you see others like it. I havent seen many Z car drag applications where they didn't go crazy with huge rear tires or sheetmetal dashes...so my goal is to represent the Z car in the Drag community with a stock looking interior appearance and super nice exterior in the areas that are possible to do so.... old look.bmp

Hello there, Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone.. I am a new Z owner in the Bay Area (Cupertino). I have had my car since November 1 and already introduced myself on hybridz.org but I thought it'd be cool to get to know some folks here. I bought HLS30-005889, an Early 1971 Series I, in Glendale, CA (blue plate original CA car) from the second owner. Made the 5 hours drive down south and managed to pick this beauty up. The color is 903 Dark Blue, and from what I've gathered... the only modifications at the time of purchase were an 70 's Escort Cruise Control, AC, MSD Electronic Ignition, and 280Z 5 spd transmission. Unfortunately the engine codes don't match,…

Hey what's up everybody my name is Shane I'm 15 and I have a 75 280z. I'm new to this forum but not Z's or even cars in general, I'm also on hybridZ and I have the same screen name. I got my first Z when I was 13, it was a 72 240z with a blowthru cartech turbo-kit on it. That body was junk so I took everything I could out of that and sold the shell. I then bought a 75 280z shell this past summer that was a N. Carolina car so it's rust free other than surface rust from the precious owner starting bodywork and not finishing. So now I'm in the process of getting the car road worthy. The Z is lowered on springs and has some slotted mags on it nothing fancy. (yet) Anyway my da…
