Hello all, I have owned 4 280zx turbo cars since college. I finally have one I decided to keep. It is being restored and I just found out that the entire floor and superstructure is rotted... So I am now in search of a donor body. My car is an 1983 280 zx turbo, 2 seater, Ttop, 5 spd, leater, digital dash. Surprisingly, the exterior of the car is in great shape and so is the interior but the unibody / frame is rotted to bits. The search goes on. So I joined this forum to further my knowledge. I live in Orange County NY and any help would be great.

Hello all, I joined up a day or so ago. I've been reading up on some of the past posts. I don't currently own a Z car but hope to in the future. I've wanted one since I was a teen in the 80's. I'd love to find one to restore. I live in central Kentucky. I have a lot to learn about the cars but am reading a lot. Bill

Hi all, Newbie checkin' in, thought I'd see what I could learn about the Z car before I dive into a project, and share any knowledge I may pick up as I learn stuff along the way. So again, hi everyone Ok, now the cheesy poetic story: So I've wanted a 240z for at least 5 years now, and I'm finally putting myself in position to find one and running out of excuses for why I shouldn't have one. By that I mean that I'm out of college, very near paying off all my debts and I finally have a career that allows for enough money to begin a project car. I cannot freaking wait:D With all the powertrain swaps and upgrades out there, I have no idea which way I should go with it…

Im just checking in to say Hi, Im an Old Z lover from way back. Ive had 4 Z cars over the years and a couple of Harleys. Lately I have been into Dragboats, I paint them on the side for fun. Im looking for a car to make into my shop car, when I say this I mean as a rolling display so to speak. Ive realy come to like the lines of the 73 or 74 610. I know its not a Z but it will serve my purpose better. Anyone know of a project lingering in hiding? Thanks, Scraps

We got back to the show and had a great BBQ lunch and talked cars and bikes. My buddy deceided to come over to my house with his wife and tighten up his header and some dumb 19 year old chick pulled out right in front of him. He and his wife hand built this '65 Cobra in their garage and every nut and bolt they put in..........3 months of work and the front…
