Hello everyone! I just got my 76 280Z about a month ago, and I thought it would be nice to be able to talk with other people that have the same interest. I'm glad I got this Z and I think its in relatively good condition for its age, but I want to restore it to what I think it should be. =] Here are some pictures:

Well I'm finally back after a week of studying for finals, actual final week, and time with no computer access BUT now I have pictures to show!!! Okay on to the good part!!! http://s589.photobucket.com/albums/ss337/Vista-Vis/ I know some of them are unlabeled and what not but I'll try to get around to that...making labels is harder than most other tasks you know... the only bad part is that I totally forgot to take pictures of the car BEFORE the dismantling process began... I guess that's what craziness gets you eh??? :stupid: Well then I hope you enjoy! -Nate P.S. Can anyone be so kind as to tell me where to find the engine #??? Thanks

I owned this 72 240Z back in the mid 80's and wonder if it is still around. I sold it while in Denver CO in 1986 or 7. Just curious.... I recently purchased another 1972 in hope of completing a resto-mod.

I bought this car 2 weeks ago in Sutton, MA from a craigslist ad stating it was a California car that has been sitting in his garage for the last ten years. Well upon arrival and a few minutes of investigating that claim was bull$hit. It was originally a Cali car 20 years ago but 20 years of New England changes that easily. The good news about this car is that is complete and a matching numbers car. My buddy and I went to the garage last night to do a little work on the Z. I changed the oil and filter. We were able to remove the AC compressor pulley from the front of the crank with the socket that John (my buddy) machined down at work. Once the pulley was off…
