Time: 4:30 pm Location: I am waiting to confirm between two locations, one being Best Buy at Glades Rd & 441 and the second being a park on 441 & Clint Moore Rd Both locations are in west Boca in the south part of the county to see if we can get some Broward and Dade Z's to come up After the meet we can go to either Roadhouse or TGIF which are just across 441 from Best Buy and then for our Starbucks tradition there is one by the Best Buy. I will confirm the location Monday.

The fourth annual Midwest Z Fest is coming to Saint Louis Labor Day Weekend September 1-4 and is being hosted by the Gateway Z Club. The website for the event is here http://www.midwestzfest.com/html/index.php. There will be a ZCCA car show, a people’s choice show, a road rally, an awards show with some great prizes and trophys, a banquet dinner and a great trip to a picturesque park on the mighty Missisppi where there will be a BBQ.

Registration for the 2006 Japanese Classic Car Show is now open. http://www.japaneseclassiccarshow.com/ I don't think you have to be sold on whether to attend or not. The glowing testimonials of last years attendants should be good enough! I just registered my roadster and truck (I'll need a second driver). If your coming, I'll see you there! If not, you'll hear how you missed out. I went through the paypal method and it's pretty clear, but be sure to follow the instructions to get registered correctly. Here's the blurb from the official site- On Saturday, September 30, 2006, from 9 am to 3 pm, join us at the Queen Mary in Long Beach for the original 2nd Annual …

FYI to Everone in The Northeast, Next weekend is the Summer Nationals in Worcester, MA. Its still not too late to register and I was wondering if anyone from this site is going to be attending. In case you're wondering this show is open to all types of cars but is mostly muscle cars and hot-rods. There were a few Z's there last year but not many. Of the 500+ cars in the show there were only 3 Z's that I saw, one stock looking (and pretty nice I might add) V8 280Z, one hack job/drag car 240Z(?), and one original 240Z. I know this is the rust belt area of the country but there's got to be more Z's around here than that!! H…

Hi Guys I am hoping that someone can do me a huge favour. I am looking for anybody who lives near a place called West Newton (50208) in Iowa (i hope this is central america ) basically (i am in australia), i ordered some parts from a "performance parts" online shop (with a storefront in west newton), and after 3 months of waiting and good communication with them, they are no longer answering emails, and the phone number goes to a answering machine (and nobody ever calls me back). I am not feeling very good about the situation, and i was hoping somebody wouldn't mind dropping in and seeing if they are still there, and what is actually happening.. i hope that this will …

Not to hijack this thread but I want to ask what y'all thought of the event this weekend. This old boy had a hard time getting up this morning after walking X miles during the 2 days. I had not been involved in putting one of these together for quite a number of years and had forgotten how many details there are that need to be chased after. Anyway, any thoughts or comments of what we might do to make it a better event let us know by either an email to me or the webmaster at www.datsunsnw.org. Thanks for coming.

Here is the plan, if anyone wants to meet for breakfast with me I will go to IHOP on E.Monte Vista @ 930am. From there we will meet @ the Vacaville Skating Rink on Davis St. and depart towards the dam at berryessa and take pics...then we will split there and let the fast driverrs take off on there own and slower ones(me) will take there time from behind. IHOP 930am http://ihop.know-where.com/ihop/cgi...=01705&address= Vacaville Skating Rink 11am: Its simple.....if your coming 80 east(from the bay area) exit Davis Street, turn left at the light go under the overpass and turn right after the Chevron station, the rink is in the back behind chevron. Now from Sac its even…

The Central Oregon Autocross club is hosting an autocross at Hoodoo ski area the 15th and 16th of July. We'll be leaving the Swiss Village restaurant between milepost 23 and 24 east of Salem about 9 AM and will be heading up the North Santiam canyon to spend a day goofing around under a pine tree at the autocross. Any and all Datsun owners are welcome to come along. No charge. Would be a good chance for central and south valley Datsun owners to treck up their respective routes and join in the fun......
