Hi all, Just wanted to let you all know that I've changed the home page of our community. Our home 'landing' page was pretty slow and it wasn't really giving us the best focus. Although I really like having a home landing page, I'm going to try this configuration to see if it improves some things on the back end (page load speed, SEO, etc). Basically now everyone will see the main forum page when you type in www.classiczcars.com. We may eventually go back to a summarized home page again in the future but for now I'd like to see how this works out. Let me know if you have any opinions on the matter. I've been working on some site layout and decided that we need to move the top banner ad. It was just obnoxious and affected the site appearance. Therefore, I've moved it to the right side of the site to hopefully make things look a little more uniform across the entire community. Hi all, If you are a subscribing member via Paypal, you might have received a message that your automatic Paypal subscription has been canceled. This was something that I did and NOT a glitch or a hack. We use Paypal and Stripe to process payments and your information is secure with those providers. If you are the lucky few, our system simply canceled the automatic processing. In order to get back in and re-do your automatic Paypal subscription, please visit our subscriptions page. As we progress down the road for the future of CZCC, I wanted to let you know of a few things that will be updating for 2025. We will be continuing to develop the club to keep up with current trends in technology. As part of that preparation, I wanted to let you know a few things that you'll see coming up. Hey all, We have a lot of forums and sub-forums. I will be making some changes to simplify the system so it's not so confusing. Removing sub-categories for non-classic-Z-cars. We don't have a lot of posts in forums like 240K and other non-classic-z's so I'll be moving the threads to their root category. For instance, posts in 240K/DriveTrain will now be in 240K. Moving posts from all "Open Discussions" sub-category to their root category. Keeping related sub-categories for Early S30, S130, and JDM, only. Combining USA regional categories to a single forum (no more West, Central, East). With these changes, direct links will not be af…

Hey all, I was able to get our club moved over to some new hardware (and OS) yesterday. Our old server was EOL and the operating system was no longer supported. This new machine is a bit better and has a new operating system that will be supported for 10 years. I didn't move things to the "cloud" as everyone else does because it's still cheaper to lease a real computer. That said, our costs did increase a bit so if anyone is on the fence about our subscriptions, it's a good time to help out. 😉 (moving to cloud would have been double) Let me know if you see anything wonky and I'll fix it. Hi all, Just wanted to let everyone know that I've created a beta site for some development I'm working on. The system has probably been sending emails to you (sorry about that). I will shut the email notifications off but in the meantime just ignore anything with the title TEST SITE. The test site has also been labeled appropriately on the top so please make sure NOT to use it for day-to-day activity. Right now it's an exact duplicate of our real site. I have bookmarks on my phone and laptop that I've used for years to see the unread content. They no longer work right. Tonight on my phone there were ten threads that didn't show up. They do show up on the all activity pages as having unread posts. @Mike
