   On ebay there was a urethane air dam that went for 225.00! Cant you buy one from MSA for less than that? I dont get it? Am I missing something! (Other than people pay too much for stuff on ebay!)

   hello all, i have to start thinking about what color i am going to paint my car, and i wanted all of your opinion/pictures. i wanted to paint a blue metalic or silver. what is the best color in your opinion for the z? (i am looking for a paticular paint color) thanks mark-

   Door Lock Needed

   My driver door lock on the '70 240Z doesn't work. It'll unlock the door but not lock it. I removed it from the door, lubed it, and tried working the key back and forth; but it didn't help. I checked MSA, Too Intense, & VB. The didn't seem to have them. Do you know who may? BTW, I searched eBay and found these (hope the link works, never posted one before). ebay lock I'm not sure they'd fit. What do you think? My door key is shorter than the keys in the photo. The seller says they're new but the clips look rusty to me. Thanks in advanced. Steve

   Question for the group... Assuming all things equal, how much would it affect the "value" of a Z if one was to change the paint color from the original brown to a different color such as red, silver orange? In other words, let's say there were 2 240Z's side by side and both were totally restored. One was the original brown color and the other was previously brown but was professionally repainted red, silver or orange, how much more would one expect the brown one to sell for? Does it matter?    Okay, gotta break down and ask... Can't seem to find a source for a rear tailight lenses (240Z) anywhere. I've seen the "euro" versions (steep price IMHO) but I would actually prefer the US spec lenses (all red). It's becoming clear to me that no one has them new, but I cant seem to find a source for used or remanufactured either. Been keeping my eyes peeled on EBay with no luck. Any suggestions?

    Hatch weatherstrip

    Hi, I am putting new weatherstrips purchased from MSA for my recently painted 1978 260Z. They have been going on fine, but I just want to confirm how the weatherstrips go on the hatch (tailgate) apperature. My Wick Humble book just could not confirm. The inner is on, and there is a top outer and two sides. Both seals are roughly "L" shaped with a slot in the upright to fix to the lip of the apperture. Now, does the flat part of the L go in the bodywork channel, or does it float in the apperature space. I think it is glued in the channel, but I just wanted to ask (maybe stupidly).I did not want to have to try and remove it and glue it in properly. Thanks

    I have come across a photo of a Fairlady 432 in alien-e's gallery. The color was stunning, I couldn't get enough of it. He took the photos from the Sports Car Graffiti in Japan. Is this an original Z color, but just for the 432's? I checked the website with stock colors for 240Zs just to make sure I wasn't missing something.
