Has anyone been down the Mulholland Race Course? I saw a movie called King of the Mountain and I am interested in seeing how the scenes in the film correlated to actual course. I believe that the movie probably didn't capture the view for sure, due to a relatively narrow field-of-view of the camera and the choppy filming technique, and it was mostly done at night. There are some short videos on YouTube, but most of them are awful amateur videos, with a few documentaries. You might call it the west-coast version of the "Tail of the Dragon."

This is a Datsun Z car that had been racing SCCA and other events most of its life. A client of ours owns the car and we are going to freshen it up some and then go vintage and track day racing with this car. You can follow our build as we go along. This is meant to be a fairly low budget but nice build. The owner will run this at many track days with the Destiny Racing Support Group and also at vintage events mainly on the East Coast. Just seen the spectacular finish of the Bathurst 1000 in Australia. Mark Winterbottom won it in a Ford with only 0.47 seconds lead on second place. Nissan entered 4 cars with the best ending 18th. One Nissan did not finish, Todd Kelly and David Russel's Nissan hit a kangaroe and had limped back to the pits. http://www.foxsports.com.au/motor-sports/v8-supercars/live-blog-all-the-v8-supercars-action-from-the-supercheap-auto-bathurst-1000/story-fn2ms9um-1226738973134 No Cookies | Herald Sun http://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=bathurst%201000%20preview%20highlights%20reel&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CC4QtwIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D…

This forum is always great for advice, set up tips, etc., and many of you have helped me solve car issues here before... so here's my car in action early in 2013 at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in Oklahoma. I had just taken the lead in the first event when the I got punted. In the second event I had to come from the back (7th in class, but starting about 20th in the overall field) to finish on the podium. And yes, we turned the fastest lap of the race. Would have won both events if we hadn't been punted. Thanks for all the advice from everyone on this forum!

I'm not sure if the bot that posts the spam checks replies to the thread or if they set up the CZCC account to email all replies to a bot email account....however it may be best not to respond so that they do not get confirmation that their thread nor email is working...sort of like submarines going silent when they hear a destroyer...silence is golden.

I am looking to setup a day (4 hours) of racing here in Sacramento, Ca at the Raceway for the weekend of July 26th!!! I already have a handful of classics and randoms that are going to be there along with me and my 260 as well as my 71 Delta 88. Any and all cars are welcome to join in (but I'm sure most of you would like to run you Z's) and see what you can do at the drags. I am only able to take a set number of 25 cars for the day and I will need to get the money to reserve your spot. The location will be the Sacramento Raceway, 5305 Excelsior Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827, and will run for about 4 hours with as many hits as we can get in and a possible "friendly race bracke…

I have had this FHS around since about '96. Finally got it on DVD. Back story: Steve Epperly the owner of ZTherapy campaigned his GT4 tube frame B-210 and I shot this at the Rose Cups in I think '96. This effort was so successful the SCCA registration gals said when the car was coming to registration..... "well, there's the B-210 from Hell". So, in the midst of the holiday doldrums I wanted y'all to see what happens when you tug on Superman's cape....... Merry Christmas y'all and you all need carbs..... Bruce Almighty ZTherapy
