Does anybody have any more details on the Omori and Oppama factory race teams and what cars they ran. Were the race cars taken from the factory built Z432-R production or un-numbered chassis just built for racing. I believe number 68 was the first Z432-R and run as a factory effort, anyone know the chassis number. Sadly it was written off in its first race at Suzuka in Jan. 1970 with Moto Kitano driving. R…

So if you had the chance to ask Bob Sharp just one question what would it be? Here's some general areas you might think about for your question: Racing in general BSR race car drivers (Fitzy, Sam, Paul, Walter, Paul, et al) Competition (other drivers) Managing a race team Interactions with other race teams Interactions with Datsun/Nissan/Nissan Comp/Coventry, etc I doubt Bob will remember technical details like what camber settings or cam profiles did you use in the 1985 300ZXT that Newman drove. I know I can't remember every detail of my set-up and my season ended 6 weeks ago. A few years back I asked Bob if he could only get …

Season finale for SCCA club racers is on now from Sonoma. An assortment of Nissans present, although it seems like a lighter representation than recent years. One 240 in EP, and Troy Ermish is on the pole in his other 510 for GTL, scheduled to stream at 10:40 today (Friday). https://www.scca.com/pages/runoffs-live-video?layout=iframe https://www.motorsportreg.com/index.cfm/event/event.status/uidEvent/26481891-F942-BE1A-75C69D4C97450DCA https://www.scca.com/events/1990668-2018-scca-runoffs#comment_2443223

I was going through my HRP catalog and noticed a really wild looking GT2 280Z that I've never seen before. From the photo it looks like it could be a pretty competetive car. I did a google search and couldn't come up with anything. Does anyone else have info? EDIT: I also forgot to add, there's some really cool non-z cars here
