   Hi Gang: If you'd like to see a couple of seconds of the BRE Baja Z, as raced by Ventura Datsun in the MINT 400 in 1974 or 75 here is an old video clip... BRE sold the car in 74... Don't know if Ventura Datsun sponsored the Z or just held it and raced it themselves. Not sure who the Driver/Navigator are... still researching it at this point.    Off topic - Harness mounting in an S2000

   Has any one out there either seen or installed a harness in a stock 2004 S2000? A friend of mine and I are trying to figure out if there are appropriate pick-up points to anchor the harness to. This car does not have a roll bar installed. we were considering the ptential of wrapping the harness to the roll hoop behind the seats. There is some concern with that since we don't know how much space is between the plastic covering and the actual hoop inside. Any ideas would be appreciated! Marty

    Friends, It's exciting around the Racer-19 house, to say the least! My wife and I are expecting our first child, An Na Grace! So, you know what's coming next; the EP/ITS car project must go... I have posted a few shots of the stuff in my gallery (search Racer-19 or link below), including the chassis and some other go-fast goodies. The complete inventory on Excel spreadsheet is attached for your reference. It should be pretty accurate, but I can tell you for sure, that there is more than I listed...     three day open road race in Mexico in mid April 2007 in Chihuahua Mexico so far the organizers have a Viper,Corvettes,Mustangs,some vintage PanAm cars and a few imports, some classes would require roll cage, and other equip. this race would be a great way to get started racing.     scca 2006 topeka kansas runoffs

    on tuesday dec 19th on the speed channel the scca runoffs will be on tv. high noon for us on the east coast. the race had enough wrecking and off road, dirt flying excitement for a half season. don arhen now gets to use his back up fenders... cd
