Bunch of stuff members have donated to raise money for the club... Dash Cap--$25.00....Brand new, never installed. Half style and for 280. E-31 head--$125....I have it off the donor block and can answer SIMPLE visible questions about it if you e-mail me. I am not a machinist nor do I have any reliable history on this head. I have a very credible machine shop/Datsun motor builder close by and can have it measured and checked out ON YOUR DIME. And, I will take 50% of inspection fees off original price. P-90 head--$50. "Supposedly" very freshly re-valved and seated, but no promises. Will trade for N-42 head. N-47 head--$25 NISSAN-OHC valve cover--$20...Not polished! A…

I have been trying for the last couple of weeks to loosen the nuts connecting the breaklines. I know its a 10mil nut and tried a locking wrench, spayed with liquid wrench. It wont budge. I think that the person that tightend down used "locktight" to secure. Has anyone one else experienced this? If so, can you tell me how to loosen? Mark

What a mess! If you find a car in a shed like this, just close the door and walk away. http://www.cars-on-line.com/66datsun2856.html

I know, I know... Racer-19 has another car for sale... Well this is not just another chassis saved from the scrapper. It's my personal racecar project! I wrecked my '72 ITS Z in St. Louis at Gateway about 2 years ago (turn 2, backed it into the corner station YIKES!). My brother ran the car one more time at a school in Texas and that car handled like  ! It turns out, the driver's side rear suspension point has been moved forward about .25". Without a lot of consideration I chopped the chassis up and sent it to the scrapper. I kept ALL of the components off the car, cleaned them and found a new chassis:cheeky: . I have the CLEANEST AND STRAIGHTEST '72 chassis…

This engine (without the manifolds or turbo) has the P90a head and F54 block recommended for the 3.1L stroker motor conversion. It had about 90,000 miles on it when I removed it from a wrecked car about ten years ago and stored it on an engine stand in my basement. I'd like to get $250 for it. I'm in a suburb of Richmond, VA.

Weber carb kit, includes manifolds, linkages, and carbs. I bought these to replace the crappy '73 carbs on my Z, but unfortunately I have to sell my car, so these have to go as well. Includes everything you need (might wanna put a fuel pressure regulator on though for best performance). I'm asking $100 plus shipping costs. My # is (540) 459-8210 and my e-mail address is ChrisPeerLess@hotmail.com

Fellow Zers Saw this on our local "craigslist" . Its a early vin 240. Did not bother calling but if your interested I thought I'd pass along his phone #. He's got it listed for $1,800. The ad claims its all there and has been sitting "many" years. "does not run" Got to be one of the earlyist I've seen! I've got way to many toys so I hope it can go to someone here who might appreciate it. His number is 408-420-8747. Sounds like a San Jose/south bay area number. Good luck and if someone around here gets it let us now what it looks like! Dave

Got the bad news today that both of my E88 heads I have for my first engine refresh are not worth saving. Shaved down too low and valve ports in pretty bad shape. Could be saved but not worth the money. Any idea how much all the parts are worth? I was thinking about just taking them all apart for fun, the spring, valves, cams, etc. and putting them on eBay, unless someone here is interested. It thought about putting the entire heads for sale but one is mostly taken apart (by the shop) and also it would probably cost more to ship than they're worth. All ideas and comments welcome. Also, looking for another head in the Chicago area if anyone knows of one. thanks -Bill
