I have an automatic transmission off an L28 from a 280Z that is free for the taking. I have no how many miles were on it before the engine was pulled. I really don't want to ship this, but would rather just get it out of the garage so local pick up would be preferred. It is in Eastern Washington state, in Oroville (4 miles from the B.C. border). If you must have it shipped you will have to make the arrangements and pay shipping. I'm willing to help with some of the details, but don't want too much of a hassle over something I'm giving away. Any takers?

76 Z for sale in Salinas California Car is not currently running. Had replaced the MAFS with a new unit (Next to last in Napa National inventory) and then noticed that the car was not getting enough fuel. Shortly after it died. Tried swapping out fuel pump, car tries to turn over but no dice. Wife want's it gone. Seats and Dashboard are bad, but the carpets are in good shape. Tranny is a 4 speed, and I think it has the R200 LSD. Car drove fine when I bought it in LA and Drove it to Monterey, CA. 76 280 z project,the body has been disassembled,body work 95% finished from doors back, has 2 new front fenders(steel),fiberglass hood.good rear bumper but I do not have the front bumper,there is some rust in the floor, the interior is out of the car, but has decent carpet ,good seats and door pannels, good headliner,and of course the dash has cracks. It has not been driven daily for around 3 years, it will start and run,i move it around several times a week(small garage) it needs new struts all the way around.
