Ok, this one is not in maine, but might be worth looking at it! MUST SELL. I have owned the car since 1979. Black Imron paint. The body is in very good condition. Never seen a winter. Interior is in good condition. Engin: Three weber duces, new header and custom european style exhaust, etc. I have ALL the original engine parts in storage if wanted. I have replaced the cluch, master and slave cylinders, breaks and master cylinder, alternator and a few other items. New tires, etc. Make an offer!! I need to replace or repair the diff on my '72. Current diff is a R180 and think it should be fine to replace with same. Where should I get one? How do I know to get a good one? How much will/should it cost? Is it difficult to replace it myself? If the stub axels need to be replaced should I do this at the same time? For the stub axles is this really a U-Joint issue or do the entire axles need to be replaced? Thanks for your input.

I've got an L24 with a four speed transmission attached sitting in the way. It is NOT the original motor from the car, but had been replaced by previous owner (if that matters to you. Therefore, mileage on the motor is low), but it has been sitting for awhile. If you want it, all I ask is that you come get it or make arrangements to have someone get it. It is in Hollister, CA. Hi gang, I'm new here and was not even aware that this group existed until today. Needless to say I'm thrilled to have discovered it! I'm from Victoria, BC, Canada and I've joined because my wife has a 1972 240Z she has had for the past 27 years. She is the third owner of the car and has had it since she was 15. You do the math! Her older brother owned it for a year before her and then sold it to her. He bought it one-owner used from a dealer. Anyway, she drove it until about 10 years ago and then we parked it (indoors) with the intention of sometime doing a complete restoration on it. Updated, I am the third owner of this near perfect condition 240Z. It runs and drives perfect. It is yellow w/ black interior. The engine is stock except for an electronic ignition.Original glass, original headlight, no rust and I mean none, everything works, a/c, dealer installed appliance 7" mags. Factory option floor mats, bumpers, mirrors, arm rest and shift knob. Interior good except for small crack on dash and driver seat.
