The Car is a 71 240Z. I got it to restore but found out the floors and body panels require more experience to fix than I have. The thing is that mechanically, the car is sound. The engine, carbs, transmission (4 speed), starter, suspension...... mechanically everything is good. I'm not sure about the brakes. They seem to work but all I've been able to do is drive the car around the yard so I haven't had to really test them. The engine (106,000 miles) is leaking a very small amount of oil around the gaskets but still runs very smooth. I can send you a short video of the engine running if you want to here it and see it. If you have any questions feel free to …

My son and I are changing out the red interior in our '72 240Z for black and have a few red interior parts for sale: 2 Red sun visors in good condition (one has a very small, barely noticable opening on edge near the peg) 1 Red overhead dome light roof piece in very good condition 2 Red "Hook" panels in fair condition 1 Red rear hatch panel in fair condition with a very tiny tear and a crack on the cardboard backing) We also have both rear quarter panels that have a couple of cracks and a couple of oversized holes, but would work well in a driver.

New alternator and battery a year ago, detachable face Sony CD player, engine has good power, registration current. Passed the tough California dyno smog last week with flying colors, which indicates the condition of the engine. No dents to speak of, clutch is fine, transmission shifts fine. Everything works, including air conditioner and clock. It has the rare 15 inch "snowflake" wheels, which came only on the 280ZX Turbo. Paint is in fair condition and it needs tires. It also has a very slight oil leak at the front crank seal. I wouldn't have noticed it if the previous owner had not told me about it. Located in the San Francisco Bay area. Need to sell it soon, $1200 …

I have had this car for almost 5 years and need to find it a good home. I no longer drive as much as I used to and cannot give it the time it deserves. Cost will be either the best offer or whomever I feel will give it the care it deserves. Here are the main details: 1971 240z VIN: HLS3030857, mileage 189,771. I have all of the details and old photos on my website: http://www.sizzlefish.com/zcar/zcar.html. Make sure you hit the detail link on the bottom of the page. I have only put on about 10k miles in the last 5 years. I do not have immediate access to a digital camera so the photos do not show the car in current state. The only thing different now is the clear coat is …
