Hi all, Guess I'm ready to start on my 240Z project. I need to get rid of the engine and drivetrain on this puppy before the RB26 transplant. Here's what I have from a '72 240Z: 1. Currently in-car running L24 engine and 4spd tranny (w/ newly replaced clutch for about 2,000 miles). I get 24mpg on highway so it's all tuned and adjusted properly. The odometer says 79xxx but it's probably at 179xxx miles given it's 30+ year car. I'm the 3rd owner and bought the car 2yrs ago. Things that I've done to the engine: a. replaced valve cover gasket b. replaced clutch assembly c. complete engine tune-up: new spark plugs/wires, oil filter, fuel filter, coolant flush, va…

Hi all I am thinking of selling my race motor. Its a L28 2.9l with approx 300hp, F54 block, P90 head. only done 8 laps round sandown since rebuild. This engine is a serious race engine. Head has been ported. new valves, seats and guides. 74 deg works cam, adjustable cam wheel. New flat top pistons and rings, custom harmonic ballancer, lighted/ dowled flywheel with new racing clutch and heavy duty pressure plate. high flow l28T oil pump etc etc. ++++ Also included are the triple 45 webbers and manifold to suit the motor. This is an ecellent reliable race motor and I will be sad to part with it but unfortunatly I have to. Car does 1.47 round Phillip Island with this motor!!…

1982 280zx that has had a turbo swap. Turbo motor is out of an 82, 5 spd trans. Needs a paint job, body straight, located near Morganton NC. Asking $2000 obo. These carbs are in good shape and were very reliable when I ran them for five years. They come with the N36 intake manifold. This manifold is the highest volume out of any stock Z intake. These carbs are a huge improvement over the Hitachis that over heat and leave you stranded. They sound great when you open them up and they run very smooth. The air filters only have a few miles on them too. Will fit all L series motors. $250
