Does anyone know of a fuel tank that is baffled and that has an internal EFI fuel pump that can be easily adapted to fit into a 260z? Like an Skyline fuel tank? or a tank from a later 80's Pulsar............

Anyone out there know what size (Allen wrench size) the "Throttle Chamber Bolts" are where it attaches to the front of the intake manifold? Appears to be metric allen head bolts as none of my SAE allen wrenches even come close to fitting...75 280Z EFI webdawg1

Hi all, I dont have a Canister under the hood of my 1977 280Z.. is it ok to put any canister from any car? coz my friend has the same car and has a canister from a GMC Jimmy 1991 I guess.. and i read while searching the forum that it should have 3 connections but i'm not sure of them, coz i have a line coming from the tank to the fule filter, then goes to the fule rail above the injectors, and the second line is the return line to the tank i guess, but a pipe sticks in the place where the canister should be, i have no idea from where it comes or where it goes.. i read that it improves the fule consumption by 10 Miles per Gallon which is approx. 4Km per Liter! which is qui…

what is the cheaper/better route? i have a 72, carb'ed, looking to go injected, should i send my tank out to get a pickup brazed to the bottom? or is that even how they do it? should i get a later tank, risk the rust and use that? or just go with a cell, make up some brackets, and go that way? i can't figure out which is cheaper only because i'm not sure how much it would be to modify a tank for FI...btw, i'm not really concerned about originality, the car is far from stock already... steve

im looking to get a new intake from the mass air sensore i think it is forward. i cant find any except for ebay and i cant buy off ebay so i want to make one like ive seen others do. i was thinking just a 90 degree 3" exhust elbow, a bracket and a K&N cone filter would do the trick. any advice?

Can anyone tell me what alternative brands of injectors can be used in '79 280Z. I was quoted $2000.00 from a dealer in Sydney (Gold plated maybe?). Fuel injector service companies here in Perth tell me that there are no guarantee's with the old injectors coz they are a combination of metal and plastic. To service them costs about $38.00 each (plus tax) seals are extra. But I've problems with injectors in a 280ZX leaking and almost flooding the engine bay with spraying petrol, and this sways me away from getting the old one's cleaned. Can anyone help, brand names etc.
