Can somebody please post or pm me a pic of the back side (facing the steering column) of a 240Z Grant steering wheel adapter? TIA

howdy folks, i've seen that integra seats are easily adaptable to the 240z. does anyone know anything about RSX seats? I've found a pretty nice pair from a 2002 acura. thanks.

Hi, here is my issue. I bought a 240z without an interior. And now I bought all the parts I need. But I don't have any idea how to put the damn thing together. It seem that a lot of parts are glued. If someone can tell me where I can find pictures or article or anything that could help me.

Does anyone out there have - or has anyone seen the rear speaker brackets from Classic Datsun? http://www.classicdatsun.com/ (Click on 240Z Parts on left then scroll to bottom of page) I got a price of $29.99 from Mark. I've just purchased a Clarion CD/MP3 player with built in flash memory from Ebay and Clarion 5 1/4" for the doors which have already been butchered by the PO. If these brackets are worth a darn then I will match a set of Clarion 6 1/2" in the rear panels and call it a day... other wise I'm looking into building a MSA-like 6x9 box. Quite frankly I'd rather not have the box, but if it's the best route to go... I've done some searching and found the brack…

Is the hazard switch supposed to have a lamp in it that lights up with the other dash lights? If so mine has been somehow removed, and the metal lamp socket holder plate lost. I can probably make a new plate, but I'd need a lamp socket. Can you get those? thx

This panel here below the dash on the passenger side. My brother cracked mine in half while pulling his backpack out from under it and now owes me a new one. I need to know what its called so I can look for a new or used one to replace it. The parts car i've been getting stuff off of no longer has this thing.

Saw these with the following EBay auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1972-DATSUN-240Z-RESTORATION_W0QQitemZ300024643413QQihZ020QQcategoryZ6187QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Those seat reproductions look real similar to all the ones I've seen floating around on EBay, MSA, CDM etc...Are they supposed to look like that? Looks to me like maybe they didn't replace the foam, or if they did, it's a bad home-done job... Recovered seats should look a little---tidier--shouldn't they? Not at all trying to be overly critical, just want to know what I'm getting into as I eye my own set in my garage.... Any advice for those who've redone seats to avoid the wrinkly-loo…

I'm finally putting the new parts in my dash. I just finished some vinyl trimming & now I have to drill the hole for the lock. I've received advice about using my Dremel & going slow. I've also been told to use an X-acto knife and trim away the foam backing but cut the vinyl into strips and fold back into the hole to make it a snug fit. The thing that bothers me is that no one has ever mentioned the black metal ring that is around the lock on my old dash. It has four clips that seat into the dash. Does anyone have any advice on how this piece goes in securely? I can just try it but I'd like to know if there's been anyone with experience with this before I t…

Hey guys, I listed these on the classified section a few weeks ago and never got any response. I know this is something you all can make yourself, but some times people have more money than time so I have cut them out for you. I am selling them on Ebay for $35 and they are selling pretty well. I am only asking $25 for a pair here. Check them out and tell me what you think. http://www.classiczcars.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=1312&cat=4

After sitting in my friend's Expedition with Seat ventilation system, I got hooked! Those things were great and made me almost not need AC! I got to thinking about whether this can be retrofitted into the Z seats, especially since I'm redoing the upholstery and foam in the next couple of months. This example I googled for appears a bit pricey, so I thought the great Z minds might be able to develop a cheaper alternative.... http://www.sportsimportsltd.com/seatvenheats.html Any thoughts? Steve
