The brake light on dash stays on. ('77 280z) The hand brake switch works ok. Brake warning sensor unit, below master cylinar, is ok, too. Why does the light stay on? It would help to see a wiring diagram. Anyone have one, or have had experience with this before? Thanks!! Ron

i need to replace the brake booster hoses and MSA says the engine side hose is discontinued. Since a vacuum exists in the hose i do not want the hose to collapse. Would fuel line or heater hose of the appropriate size work? or do i need to try and snag one off ebay. thanks.

I just purchased a '78 280Z. Great car, but it needs some work, including new tires. The car has 195/70R14 on aftermarket BBS wheels currently, but it came with another set of 15" Nissan wheels that appear original looking. What factory wheel options were available? Thanks. C

Hi everyone, My name's Ryan and pretty new to the Z-world and loving it though. A friend of mine bought 2 1972 240z's and they both need a little work. The problem presently is that when I press the brakes on one of them it increases the RPM's. I'm not sure if any of the hoses might be hooked up wrong or if something is just going out. Thanks for any Help. Ryan

My dust caps appear to be coated with a brown/green looking substance. While looking at some wheels at MSA that had the hubcaps removed, I noted most of the dust caps to be zinc chromate colored. Did Nissan change during the 1971 year, or are mine an aftermarket verison of the factory part?

hi, long story short...the reservoirs got thrown away by mistake in the middle of the brake job. does anyone have an old set of master cylinder reservoirs, clamps, and caps for a '76 280z? I don't care if they are old/rusty as long as they are intact and will hold brake fluid! I'd like to avoid the price of news ones so if anyone has some they'd like to sell let me know a price, thanks!!
