I've found prices from $70 to $120 a set. There are Goodridge, Techna-fit and Earl's to choose from (maybe others?). What would be be best choice of product then price and the best source (MSA, Raceshopper, VB, etc.)? I could always go with OEM but since I'm in this deep I figure the SS flex hoses can only improve braking performance.

does anybody know if it is possible to replace the power brake booster on a 71 240 with one of a later year or model for increased brake power .it says in the jags that run 240z8 conv. book that a booster off of a 280 2+2 will work but the bolts dont line up and one would think that published material would be correct but i guess not .

Anyone recognise these 15x13J wheels??? Center lock? Or are the lug nut holes cleverly disguised? http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e43646615 -e

Does anyone know if it would be possible to put wheels from an Opel GT on a 280Z? I wan't to buy the whole GT and make it a project, but if the price is too high, I would still get the wheels and stick em on my Z. I haven't had any luck with Google.

Several question came up but no help on any searches: For competition, would you want the load rating to be for pairs of tires (one side) ort for all four? the reason is that when the car rolls, more, or almost all, the weight is on one pair of tires, so you'll want a tires' load rating to be about 1/2 the car weight? Abobody got a chart to show the ratio/coefficient, or just go by sine(X)? thxu

I've replaced my snowflakes with konig rewinds, and want to sell them on ebay. I am going to powdercoat them first, but was wondering what color would work best. Should I go with the original gold center, or something different, like gunmetal or 'almost chrome'? any other ideas? I was also thinking of having the outer rim and the raised part silver, and a different color in the recessed areas. This is a new looking one, mine are nothing like this at the moment.

Anyone tried Ferodo GP2 or Bendix Metal King pads? I'm having a bit of a hard time finding some nice performance-street front pads in Australia. What's everyone else running? Are you happy? Thanks, Jon

Hello Everyone, I am thinking of going with the Toyota 4 piston caliper set up and wanted to know if I would have a clearance issue with my 16x7, 0 offset Panasport wheels? Thanks, Saro

Hi I am looking at getting some 15" wheels for my 70. I am either going to go with Rewinds, Panasports or Watanabe. My suspension is not stock. I am sitting on Tokico springs, Illumina Shocks and polyeurothene bushings. What is the maximum tire size i can go with (front and back) without causing any rubbing and without modifying the body? Thanks Mark

I had the brakes looked over while the tires were changed, and the guy told me that one rotor (R.F.) was "thicker" than the rother? Test drive by tech guy says the car pulls right when braking, but I'm used to it, so I don't notice. I think I can confirm the difference when driving in the rain- the rt. frt. wheel will lockup & slide with hard braking. Should I get the rotor in question turned down to match the other? Or is there some other thing that should be checked ? thx
