   Hello all of you. Some may have spoke with me some not I am cardogman1. I have this 71 240 as you may know in pristine condition when it starts. I am going crazy about what wheels and or tires or both to get. Presently the vehicle has new 185 70-14 bridgestones very close to original tires. The wheels are original and the hubcaps are also. So this is my question or questions. First should I get different tires. If I do I'm thinking Yokohoma 205 hr60 15. I want the closest thing to original option wheels. Aluminum, polished maybe chrome but that's really not original. They didn't put chrome wheels on z cars in 1971. I'm thinking centerlines.No panasports to hard to cle…

   seeing as how it is so bloody hard to find wheels with the correct offset which i have found to be "zero" (correct me if i'm wrong)for a 240z or any other Z. is it safe to use wheel spacers or do they really put a lot of strain onto the wheel bearings. also is there anybody out there that knows of some wheel manufacturing companies that produce nice wheels with the correct offset for a Z and wont shaft you on the price?

    A friend of mine has a set of Gotti wheels he wants to sell. He says they are made in Italy. They LOOKED at least 2-piece, but it was dark...they may have been 3-peice (all the little bolts looked functional--not just rivets or something). They are five-spoke with the rim being silver and the spoke gold. I can't seem to find any website for Gotti Wheels. A bunch of outdated sale ads came up for some Ferrari's and Renault's (with Gotti's) when I searched. So....to my trusty and knowledgeable Z brotha's!     I've got an early 1970 Fairlady Z from Japan homemarket. right-hand-drive. I want to know what kinds of wheels would be available from the factory for this car in Japan? What is the most common? Mine is just a plain Fairlady Z with headlight covers, not a ZG, did not come with factory flares. Originally with A/C, 5-speed, and orange in color. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm wanting to do a refresh and stick to factory specs. It came with two different pairs of rims when I bought it.

    I just got a 73 240 with some 185's on it that are pretty much gone. I was thinking about running some 225/60/14 on 14X7 rims on my stock suspension and I was wondering if that would be a problem? Also if you guys had any suggestions for brands that would be great too.
