I know this has been a frequent topic and don't want to do it to death but there are some series 1 240z hubcaps for sale on Ebay for a meager $995.00. Ouch! I was doing the usual ebay browsing when I saw the auction. I wish them the best of luck. carl

Hi, I've got a 1974 260z that may be getting some much needed TLC in the near future. It runs and drives, but needs some stuff done. I'm pretty sure one of the important things is the Brake Booster. I don't drive it much (not registered or insured), but I'm pretty sure the booster is bad. My problem is, I have a pretty tight budget for doing this work, and the only booster I've found is the MSA which is a nice price of 420.34. yeah, I really need to go a less expensive route if possible. I would love to have a great new booster, but at this price, I won't have much for a the other necessary items for getting this thing street worthy. So, does anyone know where I can get o…

So I am continuing to work on my 240z and am looking at potentially replacing the hard brake lines. On ebay there is someone selling CNC bent stainless steel brake lines that encompases all the hard lines. Has anyone purchased these? I am very interested even though they cost a little more. Thanks. :stupid: I was putting my engine bay back together, and when I tried to attach the Brake MC to the booster, the top stud that the MC slides onto broke off level with the MC. What do I do? Do I have to Buy a New Booster? How do I fix this

i have a 240z and there is a metal on metal noise coming from the left rear. the noise only happens every half spin of tire. e brake is very week so i don't think it is it. does anybody have a clue before i go tearing away at it. also there is a clicking noise coming from the right side of the rearend. this noise only starts at 35 mph and varies from rpms. if no gas if being pushed at 60 then it rides smooth enought but when accelerting a bad wobble comes in and a clicking noise happens. if any body has any answers it would be greatly appreciated. roby 240 thanks

I removed the small center aluminium cap for the wheel bearing.. Can you tell me if I should see grease in there or a mix of jelly stuff, pink-brown in color and more liquid than solid?? I guess it is time to have this changed right???

So what is the deal here... I want Konig rewinds 15x7 - 0 offset with 205/60/15 BF Goodrich Radial T/A's and cant find the wheels anywhere. (They) seem to be out of stock or incorrect fitment 4x100 or anything but 4x114.3. I really want Grafite as well- Does anyone have a contact for me to get my hands or hubs on these? so I just bought these... Nice and shiny, the style I wanted, etc. I didn't care that they for some reason say "Datsun" on the centers rather than Z, my guess is that it's a sticker or some sort, perhaps someone was using them on a 510 and didn't want them saying Z? Or was this style cap on multiple Datsun cars from the beginning? They claim to be 14" in any case, and looked great to me so... Sorry if my curiosity is bothering anyone anyway. But anyone heard of the daisy type caps without a Z?

MSA's New Konig Imagine Wheels 1 2

I've been keeping my eyes on a few wheel ideas, but, MSA now has a newer version of the Konig Imagine wheel. It's 17x7 and, from their website, they have got some special versions just for the early 4-lug Z's. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/WWC19/25-1051 These wheels look pretty good. Does anyone else have them installed? I've only found a few threads about the wheel on our site. From what I can tell, the older version needed a spacer, but, the newest version has the spacer designed into the wheel form. MSA says these were built just for the early cars.

Hi every1, hope ur all doing fine. I just got this Datsun 240Z and 1 of the wheel caps fell off and now im stuck without 1 center cap. Does any1 know where I can find center caps for these wheels and does any1 know what wheels they are? Thanks, Hassan
