   looking for running E26 engine for 71 240z. have three for trade ones eather a E24 or E26 from the car its complete but its locked up. then i got a 74 260 engine no manifold or carbs. and 75 280 engine with fuel injection it is a complete motor. just post here if your interested.

   ACK! one of my turn signal assemblies ended up in the trash at my work and was off to the dump before I realized! I need these to 'complete' my car! These are the exterior turn signals on the front of the car.

    carbs & 5sp trans

    could someone advise me why a 5sp trans would quit working in the 5th or overdrive gear? would even occasionally go into 5th and work but not after stopping and going thru the gears. Also would like to get rid of the orig carbs. Maybe dual webbers from someone close to redding cal .
