Hello, Yes Im new, great forum you have here. Please bear with me, Im half considering an RB25 conversion of a '73 240Z, except I havent bought a Z or an RB25 yet... I see its quite a common swap so there must be plenty of people that can offer some advice. Im wondering if you use the standard Z rear end ? is the standard OEM diff happy with an RB25 pushing power through it ? at what point power wise does it start to moan ? Presumably the standard RB25 gearbox is used mated to a custom/modified prop. Thanks for your help James

Any body know the Rim sizes and offsets for the ALPHA gto ,Rhino GT kits ? The turnkey cars were equipped with Dayton wire wheels and I see they are currently offloading rearwheel drive spoke rims for cheap on ebay. But the vendors are not the most helpfull people . They told me to take my car to a tire shop to find out what I wanted. any help will be appreciated Bloxman

This is to keep you guy's up to date with my Custom Suspension Re-designs: I went back to the drawing board to re-disgned my Custom TC rods to be even better than before!! I'm excited to show them to you guy's These are now without a doubt the roughest, toughest, set of Race oriented TC rods available for the 510 and Z car. The Changes include a solid non-bushing mount, That eliminates all play under hard turning and braking. It still gives you a full range of movement and adjustments of Caster, and will bolt up directly to your stock LCA. The new end keeps the geometry between the LCA and TC pivots closer than any other heim end style mount offered!! I've also cha…

Hey guys, I recently completed my turbo swap into my 1971 240z. I am playing around with the 1/4 mile calculator and was wondering if anyone has any idea of how much power my motor is pushing to the flywheel, and/or wheels. I am interested to see if I am possibly running in the 14.5 range in the 1/4. The motor is a stock 1983 L28et with stock ecu. The only mod is a 3" downpipe to open exhaust and a 1" plug in place of the popoff valve. The Block is matted to a 240z 4-speed and rolls on 14in wheels. Thanks for chiming in.

Just wanted to say hi to every one and give them some background since I am new to the board. I have had Zcars since I was about 17 (34 now) and being a big Ford fan also I decided to start working on a V8 Small Block Ford Conversion for a 240z. It seems that watching the video of Darias and his 240z gave me the bug again to get busy and use some of the parts etc I have and build the z I have always wanted. The plan at the moment is to... 1. Find a nice strait 240z to start from. All I have at the moment are 4 parts cars and other parts as my last driver was totaled when a car hit me from behind. 2. Add the pieces I have at the moment that include larger sway bars fro…
