For those who are interested, this is my set-up..... 1 5/8" headers to 2 1/2" mandrel bend exhaust with the collector moved to a horizontal position. The frame rail was notched and strengthened and a flex joint was added. The sidepipes are 3" and are the modified 60" PATRIOT pipes. The pipes are mounted on hangers for ease of removal and I have 4 1/2" ground clearance. LARRY

Wondering if anyone has looked into what it would take to possible get a Jeep 4.0Liter straight six in their 240z? I Don't know what the tranny bolt patern is but it would be a nice swap. The exhuast manifold is on the passenger side I believe and you would need to make an intake to fit, say an SU carb on it. I don't think you would want to stick with the fuel injection. I suppose you could but there is a lot of extra's on their computer system open doors and other crap you would have to eliminate some how. If we could just get some one to figure out the engine mounts, transmission to put in and or adapter and a modified intake to fit the SU carbs it would be a kill…

I have a late '77 model 2 seater zed car and am trying to source some Koni yellow shocks. I know these are not available off the shelf but there are companys which will modify the Konis to suit. I have a few questions that I need answered, what are the part numbers of these shocks and who does the modifications, or are there equivilant alternatives? I have looked at the Tokico Illumina shocks, but am not sure if they will fit this vehicle (apparently the very late zeds have larger diameter struts) does anyone know if these will fit?
