had a slow leak in the company truck. working out of town a local told us which gas station to go to. he said they had free air. sure enough, we pulled up and there was a vintage eco air meter. WOW, it's gotta be the last place in canada with free air. everyone else charges a buck for air and it's on a timer. remember when.

I came into possession of a good running rust free '74 620 pickup that is all original except for a respray 10 footer paint job. It's not really my thing, so I'd like to see it go to somebody who is into them. Other than the obvious ebay, C.L., or the classifieds here, do you guys have any suggestions where to list it?

I have a chance to pick up an older Datsun project truck for 600. I am wondering what everyone thinks of this. Needs engine rebuilt and some work but is this a good deal on this truck? Thanks John

Bolstered by factory participation, world-class drivers, and a wide variety of cars in two distinct classes, the SCCA Trans-Am series quickly rose to the forefront of American motorsport in the late 1960s and early 1970s and led to some of the hairiest pony cars to come out of Detroit. To celebrate that golden era of sports car racing, the organizers of the Concours d’Elegance of America at St. John’s have started a search for vintage Trans-Am racers to feature at their 2012 event. “Last year, we featured Indy cars and had 33 cars on the field,” said Brian Joseph, car selection committee chairman for the concours. “It was just fantastic, so we thought we’d turn our focus…

....I frequent the local Craigs' List everyday looking up all Datsuns for sale. Sure, my main interest lies in the Z's, however I'll check out the other models as well. I have been noticing that 510's and Roadsters can go for a pretty penny in terms of Datsun value. Now, this doesn't at all surprise me as there is definately a dedicated following for those vehicles, which I too am fond of. But, it seems some people are trying to sell off their 210's, 610's, 710's, & pick-ups above 2k. When I see a B-210 for sale that surpasses that mark, it makes me wonder if someone out there is willing to pay that much. It's good to see that vintage Japanese cars are finally…
