I was searching around trying to find the Adam Carolla interview of Peter Brock at Pebble Beach this year. I finally found it and several other Datsun related videos. The Peter Brock interview is here in the video titled "Pebble Beach Part 2" (scroll down a little to find it) http://www.adamcarolla.com/CarCastBlog/nggallery/post/carcast-pebble-beach-road-trip/page-4/. It starts at 16:16 and goes to the end (25:42). There is also an interview with race driver Tony Adamowicz in the BRE tent from 6:54 to 12:28. The part 1 and 3 videos were also entertaining to watch. Some great cars and funny comments from Carolla. He mentions his BRE 510 clone in Part one at 14:03. He…

As the subject states... What's been updated, modified, swapped etc from the 1970 240z throught to the 1973 model. Anything at all? How similar are they? They look pretty similar anyway... :stupid: It's just that I'm on the lookout for a '73 - which is why I'm asking. Should I settle for "any" 240z, so be it a 1970, '71, '72 or '73? /Philip

So we are under a stage 1 evacuation alert due to a 6000 acre forest fire burning less than a mile from my home. This got me to thinking about how much Z stuff is enough. What I mean to say is how much of the spares should I get out.. extra carbs.. glass.. interior bits and the such. I have so much of this stuff and trully wonder how much of it is really worth having around. Maybe I will get rid of something so the next day I will need it for sure!:stupid: I wish I had all the answers... I guess for now I'll concentrate on the guns and dogs, get the Z to a friends house, pack clothes and pray for the best.

Alan I made it to the Revival on Saturday. Had to leave early on Sunday and couldn't attend Day3. Saw the GTR in the Earl's Court show. Looked absolutely immaculate - even more beautiful in real life than in the photos I had seen when you first received it... Wish I could have heard it too - maybe next time. Looked great in the middle of all the European vintage machinery. -e

In a tough battle for "Show Off of the Week" the Blue Oval Z needs some help from the Z community. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2168777 It's been almost 2 years since a Z was "Showoff of the Week" and I think that BOZ is deserving. On the left side of the page half way down there will be a link "Nominate for ShowOff" log in and click on the link and you're done. Leave a comment if you want. Voting ends tomorrow night so you can vote once today, and once tomorrow! BOZ appreciates the support!!

After 2 yrs of putting all other projects ahead of my own, I've finally began to assemble my engine. I started with a JCR Supercharger setup I purchased from 1TuffZ. In working out the plans for my setup, I came to the conclusion that i wanted to use the best of today's technology in the build. So this ment alot of special, and custom items were going to be needed.......So below is what I have done so far. Custom SC Cam grind from with Paul Rushman's help, via Rebello Racing. Kameari Twin Gear Timing kit. Custom JDM Tensioner ( kameari Twin Gear setup. ) Kameari 1.0mm Headgasket Kameari ReInforced Engine mounts Kameari Fully Adj. Cam Gear Kameari Valve Cove…
