Well Looks like I have been bitten by the Z32 turbo bug!!!!!!!! So Was Thinking about selling the 1st gen (77). I know it is almost impossible to get out what you put in , but what have you guys seen these go for. I ran across this today ... a 1977 280z going for over 6,000USD on Ebay. I know good 240's will hit this range, but for a 280z I never thought it was possiable (in it's current condition). It's well kept, but still has rust here and there and carpet that is discolored. My favorite movie is definately CARS. The animation is so realistic at times it's easy to believe that the animation has been superimposed on "real" footage. My one and only gripe is that there isn't a Zed in there anywhere, and while it's easy to recognise a lot of the cars, I'm at a loss as to what marque "Lightning McQueen" is. Anybody hazard a guess?? Having a car mad three year old grandson and a six year old grandaughter gives me a good excuse to watch the movie. I've probably seen it at least ten times so far during the week the kids have been here. I'll have to think of some good excuses to watch it after they go back home in a couple of days time. On Dr. Phil today, tere were two kids that had experienced problems because they were "texting" (reading & typing text messages) while driving. The first highschool student was a girl who absolutely assured the audience that she could drive safely while texting, and that was after getting cited for speeding, hitting a guardrail, weaving in traffic, etc. all while texting. I really like the style of this board. It beats the crap out of the free Yahoo message board that I'm currently using for another hobby. Is it possible to purchase the software or lease the space? How does one get this sort of service? If I remember right this board is hosted out of a private residence right?? Currently I'm using homestead (read simple/easy to use) as my server for a website. Would it be possible to somehow run this through an outside computer... cheaply? I don't want to screw up/ slowdown my connection so that Halo3 games aren't thrown. Thanks for any advice. Jim

Hey everybody, been a member here for a little while and I've got a little one due in November. I'm not selling the Z, so the truck has got to go. Its a 2000 Nissan Frontier 4x4, V6, 5 speed manual. The truck has almost every option; cruise, power everything, sunroof, cd player, factory bug deflector, factory bed liner and factory fog lamps. It only has 65,000 miles on it. Everything works and the only thing i've noticed is the check engine light popped on a few days ago, I scanned it and it was a knock sensor code, I have a new one on order. I'm asking $8,800 for it. Does anyone in Southern California know a good place to get my 78 280z sponsored? I'm in Covina, CA near Los Angeles. Maybe distance doesn't matter, I don't know.
