Hi I know this is off topic but I thought there has to be someone here that has a Jeep Wrangler and possibly has done an engine swap in one. I want to do a V8 conversion in my Wrangler and wanted to talk to someone who has done it. I have done a search and there are I think about 10 thousand forums for Jeeps. So if anyone knows of a good one please let me know. Thanks Chris.

Im looking for a Z to make a dragster out of. Any Z Any year. Definately not looking for a good driver, would hate to tear up a decent car. If anyone knows of one around the Ohio area, please let me know. Im willing to travel to get it, just dont want to have to go across the country for it.

I just moved 1000 miles from Reno to Colorado from all my friends my tools everything. & the only thing I miss is my Z car. haha really, growing up around Zs & 510s spoiled me. they're so easy to work on pretty, fun & stuff. having spent the last god knows how many days working on my porsche, climbing in through the -tiny- bonnet, dropping spark plugs into the engine tin & putting up with ceramic fuses I'm about to take a hammer to the thing. plus its hard not to talk $hit on the 914 boards haha I just thought I'd share, venting is nice.:stupid:

Squeezer Flashlights

Anybody got one of those flashlights you charge by squeezing the handle to spin a little wheel inside? I got one for the car because it "doesn't need batteries. I did a little test to see how long it'll light, and it didn't hine brightly for too long, so I didn't let it run down completely. pumping the handle gives you a rush of bright light, andit goes dim after a few seconds. I even spent a day charging the battery at red lights with the switch off, and it seemed to do a little better(last longer.) Does anyone know the real poop on these things? How to give the battery a good charge so it'll shine brightly for a while ( and how long) and other care for the thin…

I just got home from a month of vacationing in Tennessee. Today, while driving home on I-75 North I was passed by a early Z car. I did look at the plate, was taking in the car. The car was an early Z, medium blue with a spook, no front bumper, two semi vertical white stripes (about 1 1/2" wide) on the front fenders with lettering on the rear glass, (something about a Tour). One of our members?

I bought a spare console for my 240 a while back, now I'm not going to use it and need to get it up for sale. THIS IS NOT AN AD. I have a question. It has the opening for a single choke pull, not the early double choke/throttle levers. It is correct for my 72, and I believe 71, does it fit 73 as well? Any input would be appreciated. Dang, I get my car on the road again after the new suspension and the new tranny, a day later my carbs go out... Both of them! One doesn't open, and the other the floater that regulates the fuel that comes in, broke. This never ends, oh well. Plenty of good times fixing this thing, but I just want this to end. I hope this is one of the last major repairs. Somehow I doubt that. Cheers! Albert
