I had a fire in my 240.. the turn and wiper switch caught on fire.. not without my help though! When I was welding the floor pans in I had a rag wrapped around the steering coloum.. Well lets say it caught on fire real quick.. I am looking for anyone who has an extra one of each (turn and wiper switch).I would rather buy it off of someone on here rather then on Ebay.. this way i know who its coming from and that it Works!! Thanks you can PM with cost and shipping.. Cheers, Dean

Hey guys, Im going to Orlando this weekend for 2 weeks for a conference, and I was tossing the idea around of buying a used BMW Z3 or a Honda S2000, then driving it home and putting it for sale here and hopefully making a few bucks for the Z restore. That type of car is too rich for my blood, but they are good sellers up here and the ride back to Toronto would be a blast. I have been looking online at several and I figure I can get either with about 50K miles for 14,000.00 out the door. Im not familiar with the area, does anyone have any experience with any dealerships around the area or have any horror stories? Private sale would may be a better deal but I'd like a BMW …

my wife needs a new car, and it seems silly to own 4 cars. I'm planning on selling the Z, and she is planning on selling her car. We are planning on buying another car so that we have 2 good cars between us. Since I can't find a decent Z in our price range to use as a driver/parts car in the interim, i'm looking at Fiats, Alfas, and Miatas. Any suggestions? BTW, I'm not out of 240Zs PERMANENTLY, just until i have time for a rebuild...

So the brake light located in the speedo is constantly on  even with the E-brake handle in the down possition. I am in need of the relay that sits under the passenger seat. Does anyone have one out there that is not being used. This would be for a 1976 280Z. I have one from a 1978 280 but they do not interchange. I know this is the problem due to the fact that if you tap it with a screw driver or something like that it will go off for a bit and then turn back on.

I just moved to Bend, OR.. I'm looking to hook up with other Z car enthusiasts. As far as i know, the club that was once here, no longer functions. If anyone here is in the area, drop me a line! Brian

If ya gots a high speed connection, check out a 10 minute video from day three of the NFIBMT. This is on Nacemiento-Fergusson Road from Camp Hunter Ligget, Over the coastal range to Pacific Coast Highway. Ed Pasini, The founder of the NFIBMT was my Co-Pilot for day three. Don't mind our chatter, Listen instead to the car as we steam down this very narrow, winding mountain road. More to follow. PS - Leave a comment and a rating!
