Just a warning to all who buy Z parts online, there's a guy on eBay that is located in Houston, Tx. that sells Z parts on eBay under the name reddat who's real name is XXXXXXX and contact info is (this is ONLY so you know who he is if you come across him and want to avoid doing business with him): XXXXXXXXX This guy really gives the Z crowd a bad name by selling falsely advertised items. When asked for a better description and provided a picture he assurred me that what I provided a picture of is what he was selling but when it arrived it was something completely different. I then send a picture of his item and what he said it was side by side and he still could not see…

I think this is something that should be brought out in the open, to give me the opportunity to apologize to anyone I may have offended, even if that was not my intent. I was surprised to get this PM. I'm not so surprised now that I have given it some thought: Hey Ron, If you want to insult folks, with comments about being a girl, take it to another forum. We don't take kindly to this sort of childish behavior. The statement I made and was percieved as "childish behavior" was not directed at anyone, but used as a reference to myself, jokingly at that. I am certainly not under the impression that everyone is able or willing to change a tire. That's your choice. I'm jus…

Would there be any interest in buying Stainless steel replacements(of correct size and thread) for many of the difficult to find bolts that are normally found to be rusty and almost (if not) impossable to remove? I am talking about replacing hardware that has not already been addressed by Zcar Creations. They have wonderful stainless kits for the greater areas of Zcars. Specificly, a set for the quarter windows, and a set for the assembly of combination lights(240Z front turn Signal)-lens to housing. Every dissassebly I have ever done in these areas has shown issues with these fasteners. I have found the right pieces for replacements. Would it be worth $12.60 plus shi…

Last night, this idiot thought it'd be a good idea to race his new 350Z on a Houston street. Bad idea. He and his passenger lived....the Z didn't.

Has anyone purchased anything from http://baddogparts.com/ Is this place reputable? I am going to purchase a fuse box with a cover from this place and was wondering if anyone has ever bought anything from there. MSA has a new fuse box but it is a little too expensive $150? I know it is the new type fuses but it's to much for me right now. Thanks

Im not really at the stage where I should be buying this sort of thing, but I found these mirrors on ebay and think they look pretty good. Does anyone have a picture of them on a z? Also, are they common, as in will they come up on ebay again and again? Are there decent reproductions available. Thanks, Adam http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260105508154&sspagename=ADME:L:RTQ:CA:1

All, I have been working on my garage, shouldn't it be as nice as the car? Anyway, the floor is drying and I love it. Why does it snow in Virginia in April when I have my floor installed? Will post pictures soon. Here is the link of who I worked with: http://www.epoxy-coat.com/ Lots of good info on this site but a very confusing layout: http://www.epoxyproducts.com/garage4u.html Here is a site that most people use: http://www.ucoatit.com/ That is water based. For the last few weeks there's been several discussions on various Z's for sale around the country. This one owner 240, which just got posted in our classifieds, is in my opinion the one to get. It's one nice Z, especially for the price! Check it out. http://www.classiczcars.com/classifieds/showproduct.php?product=1792&cat=1
