I am looking at getting a new Digital Multi Meter. Should I get a Fluke? Is it worth the extra money? I saw a Klein that was pretty cheap but didn't know if it was good. If I do a Fluke, which model?

My other passion is Halloween and all things spooky and artistic. So I spend most of this year making these RC controlled tricycles. I did all the legally required stuff (patent, TM, etc.) Hopefully I can begin to get them to market this year. I was thinking you could even put a cooler of beer in one of the wagons and drive it around like a tailgate haha. I am grateful for any feedback, advice, critique, etc. I have 13 prototypes at the moment. And yes, I basically invented them and figured out how to do it. Which is a skill I learned by working on cars! RC Tricycles (Horror Trikes)

I'm posting this here because I've tried to get Mike's help with no results. Apparently something happened along the way to wizz off the website or server and it keeps asking me for a new email address because the one I used to create my login here has had some kind of mail issues. My mail server spam settings have been reset but this site still asks for a different email address - which I don't have. And I can't access my profile info to see what can be done to change it. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution -- other than creating a new email address just for this site? Thanks!

I like to show my other interest too. Here's a boat I had that was really fun for about 10 years. This was taken the first weekend with the stock 150. I went way "overboard " with a 2.5 liter 200 horse Mercury motor that cost more than the boat. My Dad had one too but it was the family boat. I could flood him out with the "rooster tail" off mine. those were the days... $1.50 a gallon gas then we got "Katrina-ed", $3.00 to $4.00 a gallon. ☠️

My Viking 1840 series auto dimming helmet decided to not work today. Any ideas on the best way to try to diagnose it? @Captain Obvious @grannyknot

Well I am a dumb dumb. Tried to pull the S2000 valve cover off and forgot about the sharp heat shield between the valve cover and my body. 1 slip of the fingers and a nice deep cut. I could see inside my arm.. tendons and fatty tissue. Luckily no blood paths were cut. 6 hours wait in ER behind so many Saturday night priorities then 4 stitches and all is good. No pain and I can continue to work w/o impediment or problems... lesson learned: Situational Awareness when doing any task. I'll put grommets on those heat shields too.

Is there some list of interchangeability of oil filters? I ask because the oil filter for my Subaru Outback has shrunk over the years, the current filter is smaller than the filter on my lawn tractor! When I got the car ten yrs ago the oil filter was 3x as large, the photo is the current Subaru filter PH6607 next to the PH2 filter for my truck. Just looking for a decent sized filter that will fit. Thanks, Chris
