ok well today i found the car i wanted since i was 18.. 72 240.. sitting in a lot.. with 2 flat tires no motor and the thing filled with old parts from the shop it was sitting at.. so yeah this thing is trashed.. from the outside it actually looks really good.. the dash was almost mint.. but the seats and the rest of the interior where ****ed.. so look at the important part.. the underside and rails.. well the rails are shot i think.. and one spot it was broken.. the floor pans where very soft and rusty.. so yeah from afar it looks pretty good shape (for a junker that is) anyway i asked the guy at the shop about it and i guess it was an old employes and didnt know what…

I tried getting on this site the other day and couldn't. Something odd going on I guess. Anyway, I took a look at the Hybrid Z site and maybe I read it wrong, but is there some problem between this site and that one where V8 converted Zs are concerned? Seems like it from all the bashing going on from the hardcore V8 guys. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be a moderator here, but I did at one time seriously consider the switch myself. If I hadn't already put all my spare change into the existing engine, I might have done it too. Only on e-bay! This is the first body kit that seems to make the car smile (that I have seen), or at least that's the impression I get from it. Sorry if this is considered spam, I just think it might be useful to someone and I haven't had the best luck trying on the classifieds of the internet boards. I get a gift card every month, and I'm pretty much done buying tools for myself for a while. I'm going to start putting them up on ebay, hopefully this will help finance my project. who on here remembers the datsun 310 gx cars? I used to own one years ago,it was actually my first car. if my scanner worked I would post pics of me in the 8o's with it. I know it's an odd ball car,but I always like it,I went every where in that car. only broke down a few times for minor stuff. the suspension finally fell out from under it,so I had to sadly sell it for a parts car. I have not seen one since about 1991. anybody got pictures?

Ok, for those of you out there who don't like the look of the 280z bumpers, you won't get any argument from me. But I still have to say that I love them ... So yesterday I was just coming back from the store and my neighbor at my apartment complex (a small building of only 12) asked if she could park in the spot on the street I just took (she tends to part there most of the time) and I had no problem with that as there was plenty of other parking available. Well right behind that spot was sitting my 280z. So as I pull out of the spot I watch her in my rear view back into the place I was occupying and then all of a sudden she bumps my 280z!! I watched it move over 2 feet!…
