Hi Done some more tuning and software error corecting... Hope i get some comments???? They say that air flow is a rough gauge for HP, Ive nearly doubled it ..... over std engine, a good porting job... Well as far as i can tell the timing is in a straight line up as fast as i like, none of this rolling off at 3000 rpm.... its around 13 to 15 degrees @3000 depending on lots of things. will have to unbolt the exhaust pipe on the open road one day...

I will be travelling to Santa Barbara this coming Sunday, 05/14, and staying 6 days. To those who are familiar with the area, I would be grateful for suggestions on things to do, things to see, places to go, etc. (both car/Z-car related and non-automotive). Thanks, Gary S.

Quick post. The little lady has a 99 Infiniti G20 (non-turbo) that's been stalling out from time to time, and the idle isn't as smooth as it once was. This is an automatic tranaxle car. It's turned 126,000 miles, but I don't think of that as a lot of miles on a modern car. I'm gonna do the usual, new air filter and plugs, since she doesn't know when the last time they were changed. I'll get the oil taken care of while I'm at it. It's got a new battery and fuseable, since the whole electrical system cooked last year. Even now, there's no radio and no rear defogger. Too bad it was out of warranty. Any other things I should consider changing at the same time, so I do…

My Z doesn't have a name yet, I don't want to name her until I finally get to turn the key and hear her roar for the first time... just doesn't seem right to name her without knowing her personality. I am curious to know what all you out there name your Z cars?

2002tii vs 240Z 1 2 3

I might get banned for this, but heck . . . . Last Sunday I drove a really good friends early '70s 2002tii, and wow it was incredible!! He had a performance cam on it, original mechanical fuel injection, and the steering was tightened up, but with pretty much stock suspension. I've never driven a 240Z, and as there are 2002's for sale at similiar prices as comparable quality Z's around up here, how do the two stack up? The BMW is sure ugly, but once your inside it doesn't matter much. Thanks!
