Well I made the big time again. First time was in the Readers Ride section of the old Z Car magazine; they published a shot I had sent in. Second time was when MSA used one of those photos to display the 240-Z side stripes in their catalog. Just this week, I got my latest SportZ mag, and in the letters column was my 5 yr. congratulatory letter to the publisher, and a pic I sent in of my Z at Daytona. I feel almost famous.

Anybody on the board ever gone about doing this or had a company do it? I get a tiny bit of standing water that seeps up from the floor, under heavy rain conditions, in a few spots in the basement. It's never been a concern to me, but now i'm thinking of finishing the basement into a small apartment. I called the company "B-Dry" and they came out to give a consultation. $6,000. :surprised They want to dig a whole trench system around all the walls and that just seems like way overkill (and too much money) for a little standing water here and there. Any suggestions?

Okay, goofy question... I inadvertantly changed the wallpaper on my garage 'puter without realizing I hadn't saved the image that was on it. So here goes - I know I found it here but cant find it now :stupid: It's a beautiful 112 Yellow 240, black/graphic Rewinds, the car is obviously from up north as there are lots of fall colored leaves on the ground (taken after a rain I believe). I somehow remember the car's owner was from Canada? Ontario maybe? The shot was from rear driver corner, a really beautifully composed image. Anyone recognize the description? Is the owner still around? I would love to have it back on my machine to ogle over! My 240 was originally 112 Yello…

I have seen a good amount of discussion on previous searches for and sales of Z hubcaps and seen how spectacularly well some members have revived their old hubcaps. There is currently a set of four listed with only 16 hours to go that might be of interest to someone - currently bidding is at AUS$61 or approximately US$45: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4622981160 EDIT : Sold for AUS $101.50 Approximately US$75

I've been searching for an enclosed trailer. I do have a flatbed trailer that I've been using to take my Z across the country. But I thought it's about time I upgrade to an enclosed one. I found a 20' x 8' enclosed haulmark trailer. Really nice. It was advertised on "Racingjunk.com" Price is right too. Only thing is I really don't know the seller. I've talked to him over the phone and have been emailing him. He has also sent me his home address. My question is what kind of things can I do to prevent getting scammed? I'm not saying that I think I am just that I want to be cautious and cover my a$$. I want to send him some money so that he will hold the trailer for me and I…

Hey all. 4 days ago I was searching any and all on line Z web sites looking for a certain tech article. While doing this, I noticed a tech article on replacing floor pans. Being the old fart I am, I forgot to bookmark it. I've spent the last 3 days looking for it. Does anyone know of such an article? If I remember correctly, it was listed on the left side of the page. Please don't ask which web site it was on, as I can't remember. All I know is that it was a Z site. Many thanks in advance. I'm just trying to keep another Z on the road.
