First off, I'm not selling my Z car! However, I do look through the paper just to see whats for sale and came across this add in the Ventura County area Trader Express. It started in March of 2003 and ended August of 05. She started out as a daily driver odometer read X79,850. She was in real good condition having lived her entire life in Southern California. Just about everything was rebuilt or replaced with new parts. There have been several modifications that I thought would increase comfort and performance. Power windows, power door locks, air conditioning (rotary compressor), tinted windows, carpet, sound proofing, stereo, wheels & tires, suspension, f&r sway bars, L28 engine, 2 1/2" custom exhaust, 5 speed transmission. I would like to thank the morons at the local (insert local autoparts store here) for screwing up my perfectly planned weekend. Stopped in and ordered two new tie rod ends, and new front brake lines, already had the ball joints. "No problem", the counterman tells me, "they'll be here on Wed". Perfect. I ordered some sway bar bushings and a few other needed items from VB, even paying for a little rush delivery so I can have them by the weekend. Three days to work on the car, chug a few brews, watch good racing on the tube while I work... what could be better? i just bought my new truck and i was thinking of getting the k & n cold air intake kit. i have heard good and bad things about them. the questions i have is does it hurt the life of the engine? will it really improve gas milege? and are there other cold air intakes that are just as good as or better and lower priced. the main reason i am looking at k & n is due to the advertising they do.

Hello, finally deceided to try and make a list of all mods done to my z car listed for sale 35,000 Starting with the front of car and working back. Custom tow hook centered between bottom of g-nose and top of airdam. Custom Nascar style metal work forcing all frontal air into both oil coolers and radiator only. Unbelievable custom metal work! G-nose with headlight covers from Nissan with custom huge airdam. Hella headlights with euro bulbs for off road use only, very bright. Clear euro turn signals. OK im new to this site, real names "ED" I've got an 66 Roadster as a personal project. Trying to make it some what unique. Of course the orig. motor isnt staying in for starters, and flares are going on, yaddah yaddah. But any ways, I was ref. here by a user from "HybridZ" and was told to look for a gentleman by the name of "Victor Laury" for his knowledge about the roadster. Anyone know where I can locate him???
