Today is my birthday! If all goes well, Kmack will be sending me my birthday present in oh, say a month or so? Who needs rotisserie chicken when you can have rotisserie Datsun. Hope you all are having a blast (even in this heat and humidity!)!

I had all but given up on the drivers of those melted jellybeans, but one guy today waved and smiled at my daily driver in a way that he recognized and knew what an early Z car was. Most of the others have no clue about the heritage of the Z car so it was nice to run into someone who at least knew what he bought.

So for the last 4 years I was living with a woman (in sin of course) and she decided to leave the relation ship. She moved out in the beginning of March. She left me, the relationship, her dog, and all the friends we shared as a couple, she has no contact with any of us. On top of that 2 weeks after moving out she was in a new relationship with another guy. I am now cool with all of that but not LEAVING the dog. When I met her she had a big black Lab/Great Perrinies (spelling) cross (as seen in my gallery), now that dog is mine. I love the dog and have been living with her for the last 4 years. I would never let her go. My problem lies in the fact my X left her. I can dea…

I was browsing through this month's "Classic Car and Thoroughbred" magazine and there was a small add for a 1965 Nissan Silvia for sale. It was being offered at 5000UK and the article stated that it was the only one of its kind in the UK. I wish I had pictures, but it did look in need of a restoration. I just thought this might be interesting. Ben

I'm a newbie on this site but a charter member of a couple of 350Z sites.I have a great project going for the SEMICON West tradeshow in San Francisco. I have gotten Nissan to provide a 35th anniversary edition of the 350Z for display at the show. I want to make a display board that shows the evolution of electronics from the 240Z to the 350Z. I need a display quality photo of a stock 240Z. 3/4 side shot from the front would work best. It has to be high resolution -at least 300 dpi - Have searched this site and all of the Nissan NA sites. Lots of great pictures but nothing quite works. I will be glad to give credit for the photo on the display board

Hey everybody, for those of ya'll that haven't noticed - every 2 or 3 months I disappear for about 2 or 3 months. Here's a peak at what the Coast Guard Cutter I'm stationed on has been up to. Please check it out! go to http://www.d7publicaffairs.com/ then on the right hand side of the page click on Coast Guard Siezes 4000 pounds of cocaine. ~that's right, somebody just lost a lot of money! I've still got a little while before I get back stateside... but then I'll be at a nice cushy land job and have plenty of time to work on the Z! Nate
