So my orange 72 240z is a little rusty, a little dusty, you know. Nothing too bad, but really all my friends seem to do is call it names. Here's the latest: "Carrot Car" (pertaining to that pointy orange profile), "Microwave Car" (pertaining to the retangular hatch window with the defroster lines) and finally "Suppository" (You understand.) No Biggie really, I get it all the time, -BUT- Here is a support group for all those who have had their Z's called names. -fire away...!

Hey Guys, I was looking to hear from you guys regarding your experiences about a company known as "Chrome 2 Go" and whether or not if anyone knows if they are still in business or what. On June 13th (via EBAY) I bought a chromed valve cover for my 240Z and here it is Aug 7 and I still have not received it. Six times I sent emails requesting status on my order and after the 3rd request Dennis Hill contacted me and said that he would follow up on it but I still have heard anything. I have left numerous phone messages and still no feedback. Does anyone have any clue as to what's going on there? Thanks Max

Just got off another car site and there was this posy about a US Service guy getting f'd over by a performance shop in Arizona.......name of the business is AMP Performance. Wow! I could hardly believe the support given to the poor guy. The post were coming in so fast that you could not even keep up with the read!!! I pitty (NOT!!!) the guys that own that shop. As they say...."What come around goes around. Has anyone seen this yet?

Great to see you all again, Home again! Home again! Jigidy Jog! Okay, We got our selves in a car popularity contest at the place we pickup tires from for the Z. We posted pics of the Z (same ones in the gallery). Anyways, there are 10 finalist and we are in 3rd hoping to gain a few votes. We could care less about the prize, can't really use a video screen in a race car, but rather like to see a "Classic Z Car" beat out a Spec V or anyother late model car. Well i have been in this bigger city for only about a week. Cant waight to get home and work on the Zed. Anyways. A friend and I were walking to a pet store and got jumped bye twelve local gang members. They thought i was a member of this new gang thats moving in on there teritory. They came at me, one with a nife. I have never been more scared in my life. I hit one and he feel. Then the rest took off. I feel lucky to evan be here. I have heard that the first of the 260Zeds were actually fitted with the 240 body. Can anyone tell me how to identify a 260 with a 240 body. I should imagine that should make them rather scarse. Rick.
