Hello guys I've been a busy little boy getting my site up to scratch and ready for now. We have decided to start a register for early Z's in the Victoria / Melbourne Area (That's in Australia for the Yanks). The scheduled meet up is on the 04/04/04 next week on the Sunday probably around lunch time. I will post final details this weekend and get it sorted so you can all plan around it . Hello all, I've been searching and searching for a certain picture and so far have come up blank. Maybe someone can help me out? It is a picture of a heavily modified S30. It's white, has an almost JGTC'ish body kit (dive planes and all) and I believe it also had a carbon fiber (ish) hood. I've only seen this car in avatars, but was hoping someone had a clearer/larger picture of it... and maybe some info. Any help is appreciated! Thanks! Keith

Hello again Well i finally got a chance to look over my newly aquired Z, still dont have any pictures yet but they are coming soon, being new to the Z cars i had to do a bit of reading and i'm slowly picking up bits of needed info. as for the car: 1978 280Z 123,000 miles orange, all orginal except for the stereo, after looking it over really good i did find a few spots of rust, (1) lower rear fender in front of tire on the l/h side and (1) on the lower front fender on the r/h side the body has just a few minor dings but the paint is awesome for a car this old! Hi All, finally the yellow 240Z hits the dyno... puts out 366.7 RWHP on a Dyno Dynamics chassis dyno on Shootout mode - this is at a conservative 15psi (just over 1 bar) setting because the engine is ALL internally stock standard ! tuning abandoned due to standard R32 GTR clutch slipping so my new HKS twin plate one is going in tomorrow and back on the rollers for all Perth crowd, car will be out for the 1st time for the national event, Drag Combat on April the 10th if you want to catch it in action. Totally off topic I know, but thought you might get a hoot out of this. I just got a letter from Chrysler (I have no idea why) inviting me to participate in their Gold Medal Tour. Meh, I suck at poetry, was hoping some of you guys could give me some lines/help me out. Its due tommorrow so I'll check this post in the morning. Example: There was / a man / they called / Saddam, Who ruled / Iraq / with fists, He Stood / as king / but act-/ed mean, And mur- / dered in / the mists. It can be about anything, preferably something a highschooler can relate to and must be appropriate. The first word/syllable must be stressed(ie. the bold words) and the last words on the 2nd and 4th must ryhme. I need 4 of these, so 16 total lines. Laugh at me, write 4 lines, whatever. I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

I don't know if this was posted here. I read on another site that David Weber of Malvern Racing recently died. He apparently was battling cancer. I know I could not access his site. This is very sad news. I never got to talk to him but heard he loved to talk your ear off about datsun engines. I know he was very knowlegable on how to the most from a L series motor. Know that all the car guys will miss you for sure.

Right! So basically I'm going to look like a bloody idiot... What the heck is a G-nose? I am indeed an idiot:stupid: I read about it in another post, and was completely clueless. Also anyone that so feels inclined to answer this here post, if you could please leave URL's or images of the evasive G-nose and your personal opinons of them it would be greatly appreciated!
