I know that I'm probably the only person in the free world who had not seen this movie but I just finished watching it about 10 minutes ago and damn!!! There are some sweet cars in there, all Japaneese too. In the sequal they are using a Nissan Skyline! I can't wait to see that car. I'm just curious, I've seen where people get their hands on Skiline engines. Do these fit in 240Z cars and how much do they run? I'll bet they cost a mint since the car is not even abaliable in the states.

Yet, another reason to visit Las Vegas---Jerry >>>LAS VEGAS (July 17) - Outraged by a Las Vegas company that claims to offer men a chance to stalk and shoot naked women in the Nevada desert with paintball guns, women's groups and government agencies were scrambling to find a way to shut down such "Bambi" hunts. "As soon as I found out about this, I called for an investigation," Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman said. "Las Vegas is a place where anything goes, but this crosses the line if this is real." Real Men Outdoor Productions Inc., insists it is doing nothing illegal and only providing another variety of adult entertainment in a city celebrated for sin. But crit…

I have been toying with this idea for a bit and decided to get it going. I want to create a resource to archive all of the answers, wisdom and Z Car knowledge that flows though this site and others like it. It will be like a haynes or other shop manual, but much more in depth and of a wider scope. It will also incorporate the strength of being a colaborate effort of anyone in the Z Car community who wishes to contribute. I have started the basic outline of what I envisioned. Please contribute either your technical expertise, your own experience or feedback! http://zcar.seventen.net Matt

:tapemouth  :tapemouth  Talk about a comedy of errors. Friday before last I received the replacement rear shock absorbers in the mail, drove "Precious" to the workshop, gave the shockies to the mechanic and asked him to call me when she was ready to go. He rang me that afternoon to tell me that the shockies were the wrong ones, two inches too bloody long. He'd been in touch with the supplier in Sydney and the RIGHT ones would be here ASAP. THE BLOODY THINGS ARRIVED TODAY !!!!!! On a lighter note, ( "Precious" is a '74 model 260Z), the worn out shocks had a damn good reason for giving up the ghost. After all, they were 29 years old. Yes, thats right, they were T…

I disconnected the relay box (right next to you left knee) that has three green wires going into it and now I cannot remember what order they land on the terminals. there are three total: (1) green/black stripe;(1)green/red stripe and (1) green only. Anyone know the proper order? what the heck does this box do anyway? Possibly related: my stop lights do not light up nor do the rear hazard flashers work. Is this related? Hi Guys, I am an avid reader but infrequent contributor to this forum. I do need some help and thought that someone may know. I am installing a splash pan on my newly restored 1971 Series 1 240 in hopes that it may help in aiding the effectiveness of the rad. cooling fan. I need to know the bolt size and thread pitch for the bolts that mount the pan and would appreciate any info. Thanks Dan

Well you clicked so I guess you wanna know, I've been a very bad boy :classic: . My friend just bought a 2000 Honda Integra Type R and he picked me up last night and took me for a drive. Puts the power down and you can feel it suck you back I think hmm this will be interesting I wonder if my Z will keep up. My other friend who we also picked up really wanted me to take out the Z I think he honestly was hoping it would kill my Z as I anihilated him the other night :classic: . Anyway I take her down to the local servo to pump up the rear tyre that keeps going flat. While doing so let my baby warm up before her big night . So we start driving I tell my friend lead the w…

I need a quick answer, as I plan on buying this car about this time tomorrow. It looks really good except for this little bit of rust that has me worried. Could this cause any safety problems, or should it be fine. I plan on patching it up by getting rid of the rust and welding on a piece of sheet metal, but should I steer clear of this car b/c of this rust, or will it be ok?? Thanks!!
