I have a 1972 240Z, and the gas pedal seems to be too responsive. When you put it in gear and press the gas slightly, it's fine but when you let out the clutch and give it a little bit more gas, it revs to around 3k RPM and above, and that leads to hard takeoffs which aren't the best in city traffic. There is no middle section between giving it a little gas or a lot of gas. Are all Z's like this, or is it just a spring or something that needs replaced? Any help is appreciated, and if I was unclear about anything just let me know. Thanks.

Well, in my '78 280Z... and everyone else's Z.. when you pull up the E-Brake, the brake light on the tachometer lights up correct? I thought that brake light was only for the E-Brake... however a few weeks ago I ran out of brake fluid and the light lit up, and would not turn off. I had my E-Brake down, and it was still lit, so i opened the hood and filled up the depleted brake fluid. Now a few weeks later, my brake light is back on, and I checked the E-Brake sensor, checked all the fluids and it's all fine, but the lgiht will not come off. But now my brakes are beginning to squeek and the light is on... why does the Brake light .. "light" up and what in the world could …

Have you guys ever seen this site..? www.mulhollandraceway.org The person who writes the pages seems to be very conceited. It seems as if he considers himself God's gift to driving. Well, I'm interested in your responses, as I know there are some very talented drivers on this board.

Hey guys, Im new to the site I am usually on hybridZ and just found you guys. To start off with has anyone ever looked into the dual headlights that are available in the miata's? Its a low profile kit for the barn doors, so it takes the 7" head lights and places two small lights in the same spot. It looks really sweet, however they are very costly. Anywhere from 300-400. Thanks

I am looking into buying a 240Z that is located near Moorhead City, NC, about 1 1/2 hours east of Raleigh. Anybody out there live close to there, that could check it out for me? OR maybe know of a good Z Specialty Shop there? If this one does not pan-out, there is another one near Charlotte, SC that sounds interesting. TIA, Marty

Z32 Lust 1 2

It's Starting... I feel it..... Every time I see a Z32 in good shape, I get shakey. The other day, on my way to work, I made my usual left turn. Punching it, as usual of course. A gleaming yellow Z32 pulls along side my right, Driver smilling giving me the thumbs up. I could see it in her eyes, she had S30 lust, but I was lost in my own Z32 desire. Do I need an intervention? Is there a 12 step program for Z frenzy? Or do I need to find a parking space for the next Z?

Hi All, I've just uploaded some 50 or so pictures of the Tokyo Auto Salon 2003. I have been meaning to do this for awhile, but only just got the chance. I have got plenty more, but just uploaded the ones that I thought most people would want to see. Some interesting ones are the Impul 933S and the Central 20 350ZG (this is what Alan would do to a Z33 if he got his hands on one??? ) These are both ZG look Z33 cars. Also Power Enterprise 430 PS @ 6,500 rpm Z33 turbo, Top Secret Z33 powered R334 GTR ++ more. Click HERE to open the gallery. Hope you all enjoy it, Cuong Nguyen
