   Hey, I was just wondering if someone could give me some links or some info on the 240Z. I need info about swaps and stuff. After I get out of college I plan on getting a 240Z (I'll prolly buy it during college and let it sti for a while). Then I am gonna do some engine swap, at this point I am leaning toward some sort of Domestic engine something in the V8s, would a TT C5 motor fit in there? I know it seems kinda far fethced but it will be a long project. In about a year I should have my first swap car done, an SR20DET in a 240SX, but that will be my AutoX car. I want a quick straight line car, and I love the 240Z body style. So if someone could give me some info on 24…

   I don't know about the rest of the country, but the roads around here just seem to get worse and worse. It's nearly impossible to find a reasonably smooth road to drive on. It doesn't help having a stiff suspension but come on!! It seems even the newer roads are bad because they settle or have to go back and add or repair something they forgot ie... patch. Are there any good roads out there??????:dead:

   :stupid: :stupid: :stupid: I managed to obtain an old radio that I would like to install in "Precious" (as my She Who Must Be Obeyed calls my Z). Problem is, I'm not sure which wire goes where. (If you saw the underneath of the dash in "Precious" you'd understand. The previous owner turned it into an auto electrician's nightmare). The radio's details are; Clarion Datsun Model No. RN-357F Serial No. 0005982 Part No. 286-4061-01 A six pin plug goes in the back of it. Top left........Not used Middle left....1 wire......White with Black stripe Bottom left...1 wire......White with Black stripe (Speaker wires I presume) Top right.......2 …

    now all i need is a bumper and ill be set god i cant believe how a fresh paint job really brought my car back to life. it looked pretty decent before but now it just looks fantastic:classic: heh i even find myself looking out the window at night no this isnt some kinda sickness then again it probably is. i told my girl look honey look outside. she snoops out the window and says what:stupid: i say look dont you see it. she gives me a confused look as she peers out the window and says what am i supposed to see. hehe i say you mean to tell me you cant see that beautiful car staring back at you god i love my car.

    I concised the well known 600 HP Z into a flash MX file so its easier to pass around. Should be under 1 meg now. Anyone on a 56k connection or lower let me know if it takes too long to load since I just started experimenting with MX. Link

    any idea how much power a stock rear end from a 77' 280 will handle? I haven't heard, nor seen, any comments from the 350-into-Z's crowd about changing the rear end, nor anything from the turbo crowd. Can I assume then that the stock rear end will handle 350 to 400 hp and comperable torque output? If not, any suggestions? 20BS30
