Hi all, thanks to Chris (26ounce), I have lots of new photos of my RB26DETT 240Z to show everyone but I can't upload them as they are all 320kb in size (limit of 250kb to upload!!!). The photos are of engine mounts used for the conversion, custom gearbox mount, modified suspension and Brembo brakes, surge tank and fuel system, WRX powersteering rack, Garrett turbo and manifold, 17 inch wheels and much more!!! Also photos of another 260Z with a RB30DET (3 litre, single cam + turbo) and another 260Z with RB25DET (2.5 litre, twin cam + turbo) and my '77 260Z. Mike, is there any chance of upping the limit size to around 350kb so that I can share these photos to all the kee…

you seem to know a lot about the JDM 240Z's do you have any pics of body kits for the 240Z from japan? i was looking for stuff that is totally different from the stuff in North America and that is not g-nose style...i found quite a few pics off the net but nothing really looked that different from the stuff i usually see...and a lot of the different stuff was on a g-nose which i'm not looking for....think ya can help me?

You know that little panel that goes behind the seats, is shaped to fit in front of the wheel well and has a chromed rubber strip across the top???????? Well, if you are trying to find those chromed rubber strips, check out the local cabinet maker who builds bathroom vanities and cupboards. It's just as good as that bought from a car dealer and MUCH cheaper. 1974 260 Z Bronze Sports Coupe.

My lord, this car just will not sell. This car is 589 cars newer off the assembly line than mine and has me soiling my drawers!! Did everyone get the email from Nissan saying they are going to auction the 1st 350Z thatcome off the line on ebay? It starts on the 19th and is for Charity. I wonder how much it will go for and if they will run up the price to create an extra demand for the car. I'm still not a huge fan of the car, but then again I haven't seen one IRL yet. hey im new here...wanted to introduce myself. been into mostly rx-7's and such, but right now im kinda hurting financially. i always wanted a z, and have been searching for them on and off now and then. i recently passed a lot i drive by everyday and noticed a 72' z there the other day. i went by today and this place is kinda...ya know the typical shaddy lots. but the guy was really nice, and honest about his work etc. he gave me the keys and we started it up. its been repainted red, but it used to be orange as noted in the engine bay. it started up immediatlely and idle perfect. the only thing is there seems to be a constant tapping coming from under the valve cover...w…
