The Z car community in Atlanta had a great turnout at Caffeine and Octane today. Every generation was present (including 3 green 280Zs). If you are anywhere near Atlanta, you need to join us some time. You can find my Z car photos from today here: https://georgiazclub.wordpress.com/2016/04/03/z-cars-at-caffeine-octane-56-photos/

Is there anyway not to have the EBay posts show in my timeline using Tapatalk? It's very annoying. I've tried ignoring to no avail. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk

Just wondering if any Houston members (or others) have ever used this company and what were your thoughts on the quality of their product/services...... Thanks!

wife sold her 68 mustang today. being shipped out east to saint john new brunswick. had it 12 years, big block 390, she didn't drive it much. bought for $11000 sold for $9500. wife wanted 10 but the buyer ask if we could help out with the shipping so she gave him a $500 break. took it away on a flatbed. the driver drove it on. i was shocked, i've never had this done before, always had it winched on. got alot of thumbs up in it. sad to see it go.

Sadly, no pictures from the day I purchased the car - way too much adrenaline rush at the time. Right now, its looking a lot better than I am!

We have gained a lot of new and younger members since Mike gave the site a face lift. It took me a minute to get used to it but it works like a magnet. Way to go Mike!

Ran across some old odd chrome treatments in the 69-72 TSB. For those who like the shiny stuff. Interesting L24 clutch cover mods too.

Today I found a 1983 280zx that I MUST have! The owner is not mechanically inclined so all work performed on vehicle was done at various shops. Owner has over 24000.00{ yep that was twenty four thousand dollars} in reciepts for all NEW parts and upgrades. I had recently turned him on to someone who had a 1972 240 Z that had been totally restored for 5000.00. He was so impressed and felt he owed me something so he offered me the 1983 for 3500.00.Almost everything on this car is new or rebuilt and even though hes owned car for 14 years... hes actually only driven car fo 6 months because it was in shop alot having new parts installed or upgraded. Anyway I wanted to share th…

Stopped by the Nissan dealership this morning trying to find a drive shaft bolt I need, lost one somewhere during the rebuild. I was talking to a salesman that said he was killing it selling manual transmission cars, Altimas mostly, to Dad's that wanted the safest car for their kid. His sales pitch is they can't text and change gears at the same time and insurance is cheaper for manuals. I've never thought about it but it's the truth. He's won Salesman of the Month for the past few months. Something to think about for parents.

Hi everyone I want to apologize and explain to the members that have been patiently waiting for their parts. My wife Kathy has been very ill and has been in ICU. We thought everything was improving until a test came back that put everything into doubt. Now she is being moved to the main hospital to undergo more testing. As soon as life starts to return to normal I'll get back on the parts. Thank you everyone for your patience and please remember Kathy in your prayers. Mark
